Went in on Christmas Eve to get an iPhone for my wife. The store was very busy but Roman was very helpful and got it all set up and ready for Christmas morning. I have been there 4 times now and everyone working there is very knowable and helpful. When they have what I need in stock I far prefer going to this radio shack than best buy.

Called them to buy a particular mobile phone that they sell. Stated they didn’t have that particular phone in stock. had to go to Target to buy phone. Prior phone witch broke was from this store. Asked if I could some help in setting up my phone and was rebuffed rather rudely. I can see not helping out but still no one was in store and I WAS a frequent shopper at that store. I will not EVER step foot in that store. It’s all about the $$$$$ not help.
