So this is one of the nicest Wendy’s I’ve been in. The young man behind the counter was very polite, conscientious and concerned about our satisfaction. The food was fresh and tasty. Very good experience.

Visited in dining room on 7÷12÷15. Interior is very updated and looks nice, but there are flies all over! Disgusting! They need to get the flies under control. I have no interest in eating and swatting flies at same time.

Very simple, I go through the drive-thru and place an order. Prior to going to the second window, I decide to add a burger which required management approval, no problem. After we get to the window, I get my order and drive home. Guess what? the added burger is not there. Uggghhhh! I call back to inform the Manager,(Tom) and to leave my name so that there is some documentation of the error. Of course he offered to fix the problem by having me get back in my car and drive all the way back over there to get a sandwich. Not an option, I’m tired, hungry and frustrated. I don’t usually eat at Wendy’s but my daughter wanted to «treat» me. so it was a special trip. Incidentally, she doesn’t frequent this restaurant either. So the question then becomes when will she come here next to be reimbursed? No one wants to have to go out of their way or make a special trip for someone else’s mistake. I have a feeling that we will just have to write this one off. Lesson learned: Check, check and double check!

Had the worst drive through meal ever tonight. Everything was cold and the employee who appeared to «possibly even be a manager» was very rude to my daughter. Thanks for the worst fast food I have ever had.

Probably the rudest people that I’ve dealt with in quite some time. We went through the drive-thru and not only was our order incorrect, but when I asked for the items that were missing, the girl rolled her eyes at me and put on such a nasty attitude. If you need a Wendy’s, better to go to the one on Old Milton, or just go somewhere else instead.

This place couldn’t even be bothered to answer their phone. I tried 4 separate times to be tole only the manager was allowed to answer the phone. How are those of us without smart phones to get addresses and hours? FATALFLAWWENDYS
