I was served actually raw potato today. I showed the manager who went into the Freshly Cut Cannot Be Crisp lie. I still cannot believe that they occasionally refuse to properly cook food. Additionally, they will argue with you. I am a paying Customer — COOKMYDARNFOOD!!!

We decided to have Five guys last night for dinner. It was great food, as expected. The only thing that would have made it better was a fancy coke machine like the other five guys. Thanks for great burgers and fries!

One of the best burger places in Georgia. Their fries are divine(especially the Canjun ones) and so are their burgers! ALL toppings are free which is amazing and very filling too! A little hamburger fills me up! I feel like they always use fresh ingredients and good quality meat. Can’t get enough!

Honestly, to give this to a 5 guys kind of hurts my heart. But just check out my attached photos. This place is absolutely, thoroughly disgusting. Did an online pickup order, first time at this location. When I walked in to see what a mess it was at 330 on a Sunday, I should have left. 2 other people in the place, with no employees cleaning. Just standing around. NOFREESTYLE machine either. What kind of cheap franchise owner doesn’t spring for that? Oh yeah, the who who let’s their store look like a compost pile. There is also a black hair in my fries when I get home. Pics attached. Stay way far away.

It’s not often that I go to Five Guys, but when I do, I always think to myself, «Why didn’t I get the smaller cheeseburger?» This time I forgot and the burger was massive, I don’t know how anyone could eat the double or triple cheeseburger! Their burgers are so good. I decided to get my loaded with everything and it was delicious. It’s a good idea to get some fries and know that there’s enough for two people to enjoy a small order.

The food is always delicious — but the manager is rude and needs a lesson on customer service. I ordered my food by phone — he was flustered taking the order — made several mistakes when taking it. I went and picked up the food. I got home and my burger was missing. I called and the so called manager rudely said, «Well I read it back to you». Hmmm. How about«I apologize. Would you like to come back for the burger?». I’ll be going to the other Five Guys from now on. Two stars because I usually like the food. But management and accuracy at this location sucks.

Ate at this location on 9÷24÷2014. Music was a bit loud and we asked for it to be turned down. The lady rolled her eyes and walked into he back and she(or someone else) proceeded to crank the music up loud enough where we had to shout to hear each other. All of the staff was in the back and stayed there. After 3 minutes of waiting at the counter(during which 1 customer got up and walked out and the other went out onto the patio area) I gave up and went into the back through the employee door. Was hoping that the back was insulated and it had been a mistake but it was very loud back there as well and obvious that the volume had been cranked on purpose. The manager came out to our table after it had been turned down and proceeded to pretend that he didn’t know it had been turned up, even though he had been standing there with his employees when I went to the kitchen area. He also apologized as we were walking out for it being loud, except with a blatant f*** you look on his face as he preceded to crank it back up to to louder than when we had come in. The manager is on a very obvious power trip at this location. For reference I’m in my 20’s and very much like loud music where appropriate. edit: the food was good but ending up not mattering considering the attitude and behavior of the staff.

Five Guys is a chain in which I know can get a Gluten Free burger and fries, as well as a really good greasy artery clogging bite to eat. While this Five Guys is one of the smaller, it is by far one of the friendliest I’ve been to. They were quick and prompt, and knew to that they had to change their gloves when cooking and fixing a GF burger. One of the major downsides to getting a GF is the way in which the lettuce is cut. It is cut in such a way that you can’t really wrap the burger in it without everything falling out. If your looking for a quick and filling lunch, Five Guys is always a good option.

If you’re in the mood for a fresh, artery-clogging comfort meal then this is the place. Their cheeseburgers are so good that if my guilt didn’t get the best of me I’d order the large cheeseburger, which is simply a double-cheeseburger. The ingredients are fresh down to the crisp cold lettuce. The fries are perfectly cut and a single serving is more than enough for two people. I personally don’t care for unpeeled fries, but I will eat these with little self control. The staff is friendly and the facility is clean.

I’m a vegetarian, so I can’t exactly advise you on their burgers(though I hear they are yummmm-o), but I can tell you this: I loooooooove the fries. What you get is an extremely generous portion of freshly made, piping hot, addicting, absolutely delectable fries. I will walk in here just to eat that and nothing else.(Well, OK — and I sample their peanuts, which are usually good and hardly ever burnt and nasty.) Unhealthy? Yes, but sometimes, you just gotta have some, nahhhmean?

A bit pricey but far better than the clown and the king or pippi long-stocking, by far. It is one of the very few fast food joints that I will eat at. Staff is always very professional.

Just found out there’s a Five Guys near my workplace… WOOHOO!!! it can’t get any better than this. If you love some old fashioned cooked on a flat burgers that are just on the edge of being greasy and remind you of that little hole in the wall place you loved as a kid, this is the place to go! I’ve visited many of the other locations throughout the city before, and they all are well-staffed and very friendly. The service is always quick and you always manage to get enough fries for you and a friend no matter whether you ask for a large or small order. I do have some bad news though. This location doesn’t have the awesome touch-screen Coke machine like the one over near Buckhead does. I asked someone there about it and they said that they were pulling them out of the stores that had them because the variety was too vast and people just stuck to the basic coke/diet coke/sprite. Too bad, those things are AWESOME! Went up here with a friend after work one evening and sat down to have a burger and a TRUE Kosher hotdog along with some seasoned fries. These guys will always get 5 stars from me!

Definitely no In-N-Out but the food is decent. This is where I’ll go if I’m craving a burger. I like that you can add anything you want and it’s included in the price. But somehow I still manage to spend about $ 9 for a burger with small fries. I usually get the hamburger with grilled onion, lettuce, mushrooms, jalapenos, ketchup, mustard, and hot sauce. For some reason, the burger is always a different size each time I get it. Sometimes it’ll be super huge, and at other times, it’ll be a medium size. I guess it depends on how much of the toppings the person puts on for you. I like the cajun fries, but only when they make it right. Sometimes they’ll overdo it with the seasoning that it’ll make your blood pressure go through the roof. Other times, they’ll underdo it with the seasoning, making it taste a bit bland. I’ll probably still come here to eat once in a great while. Minus one star for the price. Even though they claim everywhere that it’s cheap, it’s not. And minus one more star for the inconsistencies with they way they prepare the food.

I love me some 5Gs… especially that cutie with the tats who makes my fries. Mmmm… I always get the Little Bacon Cheeseburger because nothing in this world is better than bacon… and cheese… and bread… made by Tats. I ordered fries once and they were so damn good, but after eating that whole burger I’m about to burst and the fries just get thrown away. That’s a travesty, ya’ll. One of my favorite burgers — simple, fast and delicious.

Now that I’ve been to five or six of these joints :-) in and around the Northside, I’ve settled on this one as the best of the lot. I like my burgers medium rare, and this is the only burger joint I’ve been to recently that hasn’t given me a ration when I order one, and actually delivers it cooked correctly. The tomatoes are red, firm, and tasty, the onions are crisp and sweet, the lettuce is cold and fresh without tan spots, and the beef is not overwrought by handling. The buns are fragrant, firm on the surface, but yieldingly fresh and slightly yeasty within, notable for their ability to hold up under juices and enthusiastic bites. Never have been able to eat an order of their nice fries completely, even with a helper. One of these days I’ll try a hot dog, but why experiment when a sure thing’s available?

I’m a big fan of 5Guys. I love that their burgers are never frozen and taste pretty good. Fries are great and are of better quality than other fast food joints. All burgers come with free toppings of choice including jalapeños. Fries are big orders and one order will feed two people. This location has one of the best staff: efficient and very friendly.

Great burger joint with very simple menu — burgers, fries, drinks(and a few kids items). The closest thing to In-N-Out Burger east of the Mississippi. Not fancy at all, but great food.
