Jersey Mike’s Subs

Normally great service and food, but be careful not to place an order online as they may be closed and the system doesn’t know!

Awesome service and great Food!!! Took this pretty girl to lunch there and had a great time! Will be back! They have a variety of everything you could want subs, chips, also it’s a very clean place located in an ideal place for business!

Amazing subs, first time trying but not the last. Clean place, I was a huge fan of subway, but can’t compare to how good these subs are. I recommend –the philly. Oh my!!!

I like Jersey Mike’s for the simple fact that they offer a vegetarian sub! Not all sub chains offer one on their menu, so it’s always a nice convenience to see one!
The veggie sub is pretty bland and basic. Swiss, provolone, and green bell peppers. Of course you can add more toppings, but that’s the base you’re working with. I would love to see more protein rich options, like hummus or a black bean patty like some other sub/​sandwich shops carry.
This particular location is fairly clean and the staff is pretty friendly most of the time. I’ve managed to catch some of them on bad days a few times, but hey — we all have those. The tables could be wiped down a bit more thoroughly. No one likes sitting in a stranger’s shredded lettuce ruins.
Overall, this place is alright. I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here, but when I’m close by it’s a good option.

The food here is horrible Jersey Mikes is definitely over-​rated the food has no taste the price is not worth the quality of the sandwiches this will definitely be the last time I eat from this establishment… I will stick with subway and quiznos imo …

I really do like jersey mikes. Great subs here. But I don’t care for their hours. The last time I went it was about 4:30 and they were already closing down. It seemed like it was such a hassle for the employees to make us anything.

1.5 stars… at best.
We went as a family as we had some coupon cards from the high school. Different athletes sell them every year and we always buy at least one. Why not support those businesses that support our high school and team sports.
We were talking when we walked in so I didn’t notice the health score or the cleanliness level of the restaurant until after I had placed my order and was waiting. They received a health score of 88 and the place was dirty. We ordered 3 steak and cheese subs and a chicken parm sub. Mine and my wife’s was bad. The chicken parm and the other steak and cheese were decent. The bread was falling part, there was a lot of gristle in the meat and the overall quality was waaaaaaay low.
Will I go back? NO. Would I tell anyone else to go and try it? No. I hope all of the Jersey Mikes aren’t this bad.
They did a decent business while we were there… maybe 4 subs went out the door on take out orders. Maybe they just can’t do a hot sub. They might do cold subs very well. I still won’t go back to find out if that is true or not though.

Jersey Mike’s is awesome, however this location has some challenges.
1) The store often closes before it’s published hours. I wrote the manager about this, but never got a reply (so I assume it’s acceptable) Now, I find other places to go if I need to buy subs and it’s within an hour of their closing time.
2) The staff is awesome! (Especially the one girl who usually works in the afternoon that always has a smile on her face. I love dealing with pleasant people.)
3) Tables are rarely cleaned. I went in at 2:30pm recently, long after the lunch rush, and there wasn’t a single clean table to sit at.
4) For whatever reason the last two times I went in there, the white bread was notably stale. I’m thinking they are keeping their bread around too long and trying to maximize it’s use. Regardless, it ruins an otherwise very good sandwich.
None of these challenges are insurmountable, and I’ll continue to frequent this location, but I do find these issues frustrating.
