I am always impressed by the technique, knowledge and understanding of the muscles that the students have. If your a massage therapist, like me-​they offer continuing ed. My sincere compliments to Rick Garbowski & Laurie Craig of GMS for «doing the ordinary things extraordinarily well». From the moment I walked into the front door at GMS I could feel their sincere love for their art of teaching and sharing knowledge. There is warmth at GMS that you just have to experience for yourself. If you have visited other schools in the Atlanta area, trust me. Take the time to visit Georgia Massage School, the choice will be obvious to you. There really is no comparison in the quality of education. In addition, there is a high standard of excellence, business ethics, honesty and overall goodness at GMS that I did not experience by touring any of the other schools here in the Atlanta area.
In my time of researching massage schools; I not only interviewed other schools, but I also took the time to interview active and successful massage therapists within the industry. Time and time again, I was told that «Rick and Laurie are the best». Seriously, everyone I spoke with lead me back to Rick and Laurie. This was told to me even by therapists who did not have the opportunity to train under Rick and Laurie’s leadership (but wished that they did). That untarnished repetition amongst other massage therapists and instructors could not go unheard. So here I am; a student in the GMS Massage Therapy Program.
I could not be happier with the intensive training that I am receiving. The school has truly exceeded my personal expectations. This is a journey that I will forever remember. It is with my highest recommendations that I suggest GMS for those interested in being a Massage Therapist. You will obtain extraordinary training by extraordinary instructors. I have already experienced first hand why Rick and Laurie are known as being the best of the best in the industry.
