Great local pizza! Love the traditional neopolitan style. My wife says best approximation of East Coast(New Jersey) pizza in MI. Awesome mozzarella cheese bread. Cheerful service. Call ahead to save time.

Roman wheel is the best pizza I’ve tasted in Michigan. The sauce, the veggie pizza had great taste. Compliments to the pizza maker. Next time I’m in the area, for sure this will be one of my stops. Thank you!

After a long drive out here nothing hit the spot better than a fresh pizza. It was so good! We got the veggie and all the vegetables tasted so fresh– not your average«hot and ready» pizza! We even got this place recommended to us by a local we asked. Definitely got the bang for the buck, and they weren’t stingy with the size of the slices. If you’re here for the weekend make sure your lazy non-cooking day you order from here :)

I walked into roman wheel and asked how long the wait for a sub would be. The lady working the counter said she’d have to check and returned to say«between 5 and 15 minutes… maybe 20.» I ordered one anyway. With a drink my total was around $ 9 for the smallest«large» sub in town and a large drink. The lady sighed when I ordered a sub, and said«fine», as if I was inconveniencing her with my order. About 15 minutes later my sub was ready. It was awful. I don’t think there was a single ingredient in it that did not come out of a can. I am a Suttons Bay local, and I will no longer be a patron of this business, I can only think that it survives because there aren’t many other places in town that serve take out food. To summarize; the service is awful, the food is awful, it isn’t convenient and it’s not a clean restaurant.

Hi, we ordered 2 large pepperoni pizza’s to go on 7÷14÷2015. Everything was perfect! The pizza sauce and cheese were delicious. We vacationed from Cincinnati and this pizza was better than I can find at home. Thank you, we’ll be back next time.

Good pizza. We also had Broasted Chicken and a Club sub. Everything down to the coleslaw was pretty darn good.

Great Owners and a nice little ice cream place inside with the kindest people around! Pizza is really good here as are the subs. My favorite is the club! By far the best I’ve had.

We ordered Pizza from here last night. We got supreme, meat lovers, ham/ham& pineapple, breadsticks, and cheese sticks. 4 people got sick and were puking in the night and this morning, and all day today. 2 ate the supreme, 1 ate meat lovers, and one ate ham. Everyone else was fine. The pizza tasted good, but the food poisoning was not! Update: 5 are now throwing up. Wash your hands folks!

I was very surprised at the quality of this pizza. We got a large cheese and a vegetarian, both were excellent. We also got bread sticks. They were salty-delicious. Highly recommend this place.

Good pizza but great bread sticks. Too cold to sit outside but the view would have been nice. I’d come back next time we’re in town.

Great pizza every time! Quality cheese and toppings along with homemade dough make for wonderful pizza time and time again! We’re lucky to have this place in our little town of Suttons Bay. Family owned and operated to boot!

Pretty good pizza and reasonably priced. We ordered and did pick up. Its like a pan pizza. Not really thin crust and not thick. We had the veggie, supreme, cheese and pepperoni.

Good solid American pizza. Not at all«gourmet-y» like the pizzas you used to be able to get when Chef Todd was running The Matador down the street. No roasted garlic with asparagus and feta here, just the traditional toppings of pepperoni, onions, mushrooms, ham, green peppers, etc. That being said, it’s very good old-fashioned, traditional pizza, always baked to perfection. Nothing wrong with that!

Roman Wheel. Last night. Still thinking about the perfectly cooked pizza and the doughy crust. Mouth watering.

Being from Chicago, I rate this pizza as OK. But what was really good was the service. It is great to see hardworking g, conscientious teenagers. We sat outside, it was nice. Will try the broached chicken next time.

This Place is my Nirvana. Best pizza in existence, INSANE breadsticks, and their Italian subs would probably be my dying meal(especially with xtra cheese and a side of dressing). Don’t bother going anywhere else. And make sure you have cash…
