Al’s Rubbish & Container Service

Al’s hass been doing cleanouts and handling containers for me for years. His guys are great, professional and show up on time. I strongly recommend them. I’m a Sutton resident, and know many of my friends also use his service and none have had a complaint.

First off, my home is in the Worcester area. My business is in Boston. That’s why the Unilocal account is registered in Boston and why I ordered the dumpster in Worcester.
Second, Al didn’t want to process the claim through the insurance company to keep his rates low. He came out and inspected the damage. Instead of paying to replace the window though, he instead offered half of what it would cost to fix the damage. When I declined this offer, he tried to have his «buddy» fix the window. Considering that Al tried to blame me for his driver’s actions, I didn’t trust that his «buddy» would do a good job. His insurance company did come out to assess the damage, but told me that since Al didn’t have a replacement policy, I’d get pennies on the dollar because the window was old. His adjuster advised me to file with my insurance company, which I did. My company paid the entire claim minus the deductible, and they’re going after his insurance company to try to collect the deductible.
