Mattress Firm Clearance

This is the second mattress that I bought. I needed one for my guest room. I saw Gregory, who helped me with the first one. He is great! He saved me a lot of money by showing me one on clearance, and I got a good deal.

We went in here after a terrible experience at another local location and Gregory was wonderful. He price matched for us, gave us free delivery and had our new mattress made at the factory and delivered within a week. The only downfall was our original delivery date had to be pushed back by the warehouse, not Gregory’s fault in any way, it was due to volume production at the warehouse level. Gregory called us immediately to reschedule and was really accommodating. We will definitely recommend them and shop there again if we need another mattress.

In my experience, buying a mattress is worse than buying a used car. High pressure sales, uninformed salesmen, and too many choices.
Not here. This was a terrific experience, one in which the sales team knew their products, the right questions to ask, and did not try to upsell me to mattress the cost twice what I wanted to spend.

We have been so busy and only have made it to one mattress store a day. Had to run an emergency errand for a family member and ran into Mattress Pro. We stopped a few minutes before closing and they were all locked up. I am sure they weren’t expecting a last minute customer late Sunday evening. We weren’t expecting to stop anywhere else. A lady came out and asked if we were picking up a mattress and we said no just stopping by real quick to check them out and see what they were carrying. She went back in so I thought it wasn’t meant to be. Then she came out and said if you would like to look around come on in. It was 6pm closing and we said no. She insisted she didn’t mind. I felt so bad taking away from her family time, but we did anyway, bwahaahaa…
Jodi had so much to share with us. Most important we actually understood it. I felt we were talking with a friend and she knew right what we were looking for. She gave us more information than ever. Simple straight to the point yet detailed and helpful if that makes sense. We felt like we hit the jackpot. She didn’t rush us though she was already suppose to be gone. Wasn’t pushing a sale nor making us feel obligated to buy anything because she stayed late for us and took the time she did. Most important she explained the details of the warranty things we would never think of like if we wanted to save money by using our current box springs we could void the warranty since it more than likely would not support the product like the one that comes with it is designed to do. Also about keeping it clean and dry so it doesn’t ruin the memory foam. Even sweat can cause issues so there is special protection and covers to help. I am still paranoid of chemicals and health, and still want to research a bit online, but will be back to purchase on Wednesday if all goes well. All mattresses, carpet, wood and stuff in our homes have chemicals. I think I am just a little worry wart and all the products are new to us I want to make sure we will be happy with our purchase. We will also be saving $ 1000-​$ 2000 compared to what we have found that we liked at other mattress stores. One of the few mattress stores that had reviews from people who actually have photos and friends and Unilocal often. Definitely recommend visiting Mattress Pro.
