I love Dunks, I really do but sadly this location is in need of a complete overhaul. First of all, the manager is in need of some people skills. She looked at me like a deer in headlights today when I asked her a question. Most of the time the employees are too busy chatting it up with car wash workers that it’s a huge inconvenience that they have to stop and actually do their job. No consistency — sometimes my coffee is too sweet, sometimes very bitter. It looks like I’ll need to go to Peoria to get a decent cup.

service is suspect. my iced coffee was just ok but the chicken bacon ranch sandwich was pretty tasty. wife loves this place infinitely more than I do but it’s ok.

What can I say DD hot coffee cream and sugar hits the spot. Fast service very well managed, the other day my order took a little longer the manger came up to me and gave me a free coffee on the house. First class all the way just wish they had a drive thru.

Eck. i feel like this is the worst Dunkin Donuts ever.
Different from the one in Asia, New york and Boston.
I got an iced Mocha, and it was GROSS. Too Sweet and it wasn’t smooth from some reason.
The munchkins are still okay…
Service a little bit weird. The cashier doesn’t seem to be happy working there at all.
