As the other reviewers mentioned, James is very knowledgeable. He will work with you patiently to find the right mattress and not try to sell you the most expensive one. Mattress buying can be very stressful so it’s great that this store gives you the 90-​day return/​exchange option along with a price match guarantee.

What an enjoyable experience. Steve was extremely knowledgable. We bought a great bed in record time and it was a fantastic price. The price and customer service was so much better at Mattress Firm than our experience at Macy’s.

Great place to find a mattress and James was awesome! He is not the pushy type and just lets you browse as long as you need. He was a nice guy and solution oriented. We plan to be long term customers and recommend mattress firm to all of our friends. James even gave us restaurant and travel recommendations!

So far excellent. Just got the bed today. James was excellent and very quick. I was in a hurry and we were in and out in 10 minutes.

Extremely friendly staff. Very knowledgable. Seemed like their overpriced but in comparison to other mattress stores you get a much better deal because it includes warranty and sleep guarantee. If you are looking for a long term mattress this is the place to go.

I’d venture to say that buying a mattress is one of the hardest things to purchase. Not only is it awkward to just lay in a bunch of different beds and essentially pillow talk with a salesman… but you can’t really get a good feeling for how a bed will work for 8 hours until you get it home. (Or you could just nap at the store but that is probably frowned upon.) :)
My husband and I stopped in yesterday, tested out some beds, and decided to sleep on it. (The decision, that is.) We researched online for better prices and double checked all of the reviews that the internet could provide. Ultimately, we were super happy with our experience in store the day before and didn’t want to put off this purchase any longer! James was super friendly and knowledgable. He didn’t try to sell us the most expensive bed in the room, he tried to help us find the right fit for both my husband and myself. He even threw in the frame for free (because I mentioned the Unilocal check-​in offer… use it!) and a pair of pillows.
I’m excited for our bed to come and can also rest easy knowing that if this mattress doesn’t work out, we have 100 days to return it… but I don’t think that is going to happen. :)

James helped me buy my first mattress ever for myself today. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and even though he was also attending to other customers he made sure we were taken care of. We were in and out (with a mattress 2 pillows and delivery set up for the very next day) in about 30 minutes. Very satisfied!
