Stopped here for a treat for my kids after a day of shopping-only because it seemed easier than getting in and out of the Costco food court. It will be our first and last visit. The yogurt is not creamy or flavorful-all of the flavors are very bland. My daughter ordered a smoothie. It took the one employee about 5 minutes to determine they were out of coconut, so we chose mango instead. Another 5 minutes and the smoothie was ready. It was barely frozen and tasted like sugar on sugar with a slight mango flavor. It went right into the trash as I didn’t feel like trying to negotiate a refund. In short, I can’t get that $ 12 back, so next time will use the Costco food court or get something at Whole Foods.

For those of us who can’t have dairy, this is a good place to find refreshment on a hot summer night. Their flavors vary, but I love the death by chocolate when combined with one of their tart offerings. They have fresh fruit as well as all the other standard toppings. The place is never busy, so I hope they can make it at this location.

After my first visit(which will definitely be my last), I am very concerned about this place! My husband and I regularly get frozen yogurt from two different places nearby, but we had to come check out Tutti Frutti since we just found out about them and because of how much closer it was than the others. It was Saturday early evening when we came by and the place was empty except for the cashier and her friend who was visiting. We were acknowledged and greeted and had a nice start. The space is the typical set up of a frozen yogurt shop with maybe half the flavor options compared to other places. We grab some sample cups that were readily available in a bucket and started tasting the flavors. The watermelon flavor was completely out and the other flavors seemed to be diluted/watered down. I remember most of their flavors being a bit too icy in texture, almost like a frappucino. I ended up not getting any froyo because most flavors tasted too bland. To make the matters worse, I went to use the restroom and I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. As soon as I walked in, it was so awfully dirty! There was a big pink ring around the toilet… Needless to say, I couldn’t use it. Those things take weeks if not months to show up after no cleaning. I had to get out ASAP, but not before I washed my hands. I went to the sink and noticed the soap dispenser on the wall was empty. There happened to be another hand soap on the sink so I started pumping it onto my palm. What came out was just water… Either they had filled the hand soap with water or someone desperate to use the soap must’ve done so. I just used water to wash my hands and turned around to use the paper towels. They were literally all over the bathroom. The overall feel was that I was at a very dirty gas station bathroom in the middle of nowhere. There definitely is a road to recovery in situations like this. This review is not to bash this restaurant, but written in hopes that one day the owners will take a look at this and make some changes. I think if this establishment cleans up often and stay on top of the quality of the yogurt, it’ll definitely have the potential to become a favorite of the frozen yogurt loving people of Louisville!

I come here only because it’s nearby. I’ve had infinitely better frozen yogurt but this place will sometimes have some particularly good flavors on tap. It’s really a hit or miss though(every time I go, it’s different) — a lot of the time the yogurt is much too icy or runny. Just really not worth the cost.

Great shop with delicious choices! Bree at the counter was friendly and courteous. Very tasty experience. Lost one star because the no-sugar-added option was not working tonight.

This place got new owners and it sucks now. The people working there were all just hanging out by the register talking. Most of the machines were not working or it was coming out like water. When I went to tell them they werent working they said it was frozen and that they needed to stir it and than to wait a few minutes before it works. I will just go to the mall to get frozen yougurt for now on. They don’t even deserve one star.

Very poor customer service. There was no one behind the counter while we were trying to purchase our ice cream that was melting. 5 minutes later a young girl showed up behind the counter who seemed uninterested in being there, unapologetic, and generally apathetic. The seats weren’t set up outside either and she seemed bothered to do so. 2 stars only because the froyo is «okay».

Meh. There were some interesting flavor choices, but most for yo places I go to have a lot more to choose from. The big problem I have is that the taste just really isn’t that good. Yogurt was a little water and icy and tasted sort of «stale» like it had been frozen solid for a few months and then blended back into a softer texture. It wasn’t terrible, but next time I would probably just go to the whole foods and get a pint there.

Froyo should not be icy and girl working behind counter made you feel guilty for interupting her nap. This review is from 6÷21÷13 and it was a blonde girl with pink highlights and I am not blind.

When it comes to frozen yogurt, this is our favorite place. They have a nice variety of flavors that change. The yogurt flavors and the condiments(add-ons) are fun. The Japanese juice balls(like Boba) are a favorite with my family.

Tutti Frutti is bright and friendly inside with a zen like feel to it — if a yogurt stop could in fact achieve a zen feel. There aren’t as many flavors as some of the other yogurt stops around but from what I saw on our visit, they’ve selected some of the better flavors. I especially like that the place feels a bit more adult and rather than child-like. I hadn’t come across the Taro flavor before and this one was great! The space is clean, the toppings fresh, and the lady behind the counter was friendly. You’ll find Tutti Frutti in the shopping area just south of the Whole Foods in Superior.

I keep coming back here! The tart flavors are so fresh and addictive when you combine them with fruit! My favorite is orange and kiwi swirl with strawberries.

HONEYDEWMELONFLAVOREDFROZENYOGURT!!! It reminds me of the korean melon bar ice cream pops. Sooo Good. My other favorite here is the Taro. It tastes exactly like the Taro snow boba I order at phở duey on 120th. Overall, Tutti Frutti has the best flavors i’ve tried at frozen yogurt shops from Boulder to Colorado Springs. They seem cheaper than most places as well. Big thumbs up! The main downside, is the consistency of the frozen yogurt. It might be as a result of not having enough traffic yet. I also wished they had more toppings available, but I hope they will change this as they grow their business. I believe this place is relatively new, but definitely recommend you to stop by and check out this cute little frozen yogurt shop. =)

They have TARO flavor! Yum! I hope they expand a bit and serve either hot chocolate or hot tea in the winter.

Upon further reflection and additional visits(along with comparisons to my gold standards, Ripple and Yogurtland), I’ve decided that Tutti Frutti’s flavors just aren’t there. The yogurt was decidedly watery relative to other places’ more creamy texture. That’s the main thing — if the bread and butter of the shop isn’t there, I can’t really rate it very high. Aside(has no bearing on the rating): the little cups are gone. I get it, though, most people would take the smaller-sized containers and I bet they were bled dry as a result of reduced sales…

This was a pleasant surprise. I’ve been going to Red Mango at the Flat Irons Mall because I like their tart frozen yogurt but their other flavors don’t really taste all that good. Their original yogurt flavor kind of clashes with the other flavors. I don’t think they’ve found a way to mesh them together in a tasteful way. Tutti Frutti on the other hand has a good tart frozen yogurt along with other flavors that taste really good. I wasn’t expecting anything from this place so it took me by surprise. I had their original tart flavor, coconut and strawberry banana and they were all delicious. My boyfriend had their coffee flavored one and it was really good too. I don’t know about you guys but I love those tiny jelly balls(kind of reminds me of salmon roe) that squirt juice when you bite them. They have those so I was excited. I can’t wait to go back and try their other flavors! I think I’ll stop going to Red Mango now.
