How hard is it to read the choices on an envelop and follow the simple steps??? We are sooo done coming here. Our last 3 visits have all been bad experiences. Sandwiches keep on coming out wrong and we get attitude when mention the mistakes. They have a very high employee turn over and it may be a training issue but we are done with this location. We will try a different locaton to see how that will work

Stopped in for a quick sandwich and had a refillable cup for water. Cashier charged me for a water. Asked about it and was credited but they explained they preferred me not to drink their water without being charged $ 2. I would prefer Thundercloud next time.

We recently ordered box lunches from this WhichWich for an event at our coworking space, just down the road, and I was so impressed! Reasonably priced, every order correct, and they come in boxes with each person’s name on it for easy lunch distribution. PERFECT for group lunches. LOVEIT. I had not been impressed with them previously, but the new owner is on it, and the box lunches make events easier.

So poorly staffed on a Saturday. I only Unilocal so maybe management will read this and not schedule only 3 kids for a weekend lunch rush. Everyone’s waiting 30min+ for sandwiches. Plus, their wifi isn’t working, which is the only reason I came here.

So I was skeptical about going in only because I’ve never heard of anyone talk about which which.(plus had a horrible experience at jimmy johns«YUCK!» And ppl rant and rave about it) Anywho I just fell in love with which which!!! One worker was awesome and attentive(shorter Hispanic male with short hair cut) Helped us understand the ordering process and thanked us as we walked out! Loved that! Sandwiches were yummy, full of flavor and options were impeccable! I will definitely return!!!

I never have any complaints about this place or the food. But then again, I do always tend to order the same items. It’s a good place to get you a good sandwich. I wouldn’t go here if I was in a rush during a lunch break, but the sandwiches are always worth the wait and are consistent in taste. I like the changes they’ve made to their bags over the years. They’ve added more options like type of bread, bowl, salad, extra items. Good ideas. Their house chips are always good. Definitely taste homemade. I just wish the way to write on the bag(write your order) was a little different. Tends to get crowded at the writing stand and sometimes people get rude and rush to cut in front of you to pay. Like hey, it’s just a sandwich. I guess we shouldn’t take life so seriously. Omnomnom!

I ordered two BLT’s and both me and my co-worker thought they were the absolute worst sandwiches we’d ever had. First of all, they didn’t come with bacon. Instead they piled on a whole bunch of bacon bits. Both sandwiches were so salty that we couldn’t get beyond two bites. Needless to say, this was our first and last time that we will ever be eating at Which Which.

Great little sandwich shop. You walk in and there are little bags and a menu up on the wall. You take a bag and circle all the things you want in a sandwich and they custom make your order. So fresh and delish!

Really good sandwiches, the way they have you order(checking boxes on the bag) makes it really easy, and they have awesome options like pesto and egg!

Admittedly I am a HUGE fan of the sandwich. It is the most perfect food! All the major food groups, unlimited variety so you never get bored and perfect for eating and driving. ;) Which Wich only came on my radar about 2 yrs ago and boy am I glad. My least favorite sandwich is the«sub» variety, probably too much bread to toppings ratio. Anyway, I was in a hurry in downtown Dallas one day needing food and stopped in for a quick bite. Ended up eating the best egg salad sandwich of my life! Since then every Which Wich has provided the same consistent good service, almost always sassy /quirky staff, and excellent food. Even the ambiance gets high ratings from me, the order station is attractive and you usually meet people enjoying the process of using red sharpies to draw on their order lunch bags. And their homemade chips — salty, crispy and fresh. So yummy!

Ok, I was never a big fan of the sandwiches. They’re good, but they’re sandwiches, ya know? Tasty, but I never found myself going«Oh if only I could have a Which Wich sandwich!!» Then I met their salads. Ok, I’m a salad geek, I get that, but they’ve really got a good thing going here. True, there are more exciting salads in the world, but they really do well(this is still fast food after all). First, check«spinach». Poof. Now your salad is made on a bed of fresh baby green spinach and not iceberg. Woo hoo! Next, all those veggie options down there are all available to you. Pile it on! My personal favorite is to start with the black bean patty, then add some avocado, bell peppers, blue cheese, dried cranberries, and candied walnuts. Want more cheese? Select another! Oh and caramelized onions! YUM! It’s usually more than I can eat, I wouldn’t mind a smaller version, but all the ingredients have always been super fresh and tasty. For a fast food salad, this one can’t be beat. Service has always been fast and friendly. and the restaurant itself is very clean.

This place is great. You order with check boxes on a paper bag, and your sandwich ends up in that very bag. Brilliant!

I like the buffalo chicken sandwich. This place is easy to get into and out of fast as well.

Normally a sub place wouldn’t get a review from me, but this place rocks when Dustin and his crew are working. I’ve been in a couple times when it was a different crew and that is a different story, but when the guys are there, they are awesome, super fast, very nice, and make one killer Gyro sandwich. Oh yeah, the best thing about them is the chocolate milkshake with added banana. Incredible!

There are many sub places around near my home but we always choose Which Which. The ordering process is awesome, it would be hard to get your order wrong since you’re checking off how you want your sandwich made. Ingredients are fresh and they toasted it just perfectly! Their Shakes are the BEST!

I just don’t get the hype. Mediocre, overpriced, deli sandwiches. They should call them Breads, not subs. You get a LOT of bread and very little toppings. Basically $ 1 per inch of sandwich. I’ll pass.

I had never been to a Which Wich before today. They catered my work once, and I remember it being decent, but… eh-not enough to write to my mom about. Today, I decided to head there for lunch. Normally I’m physically compelled to go next door to IM Thai-but today I took the detour and felt more sandwich-oriented. And I’m glad I did. The ordering system is strange. It’s almost like ordering sashimi-if sashimi joints gave you a brown paper bag and a sharpie to write with. Thinking about it, it’s nice that there’s no room for error on what you’re ordering. I appreciate this style. The veggie selections are pretty decent. It’s not just«here’s some lettuce and tomato on bread», but they give REAL enticing choices(five of them I believe). I had the black bean-and I made it large and got a milkshake, because I had a hunger. As I soon found out, they’re not kidding when they say it’s large. It’s LARGE. Like-«I haven’t eaten in 20 hours, but this is too much» large. Also, it was really good. But I’m not sure how prejudiced I was due to the aforementioned hunger. Mind you, I paid for it’s largeness. It’s not cheap. Nor is the pricing for anything on the menu. It’s definitely at the upper end of price on what a sandwich shop should be charging without offering a happy ending. I’m going to put this on my list of «I’ll go here when I’m really hungry», but I’ll stick with T-cloud for anything but the most ravenous of hungers.

I ‘ve gone back and forth with this place. At first, in love, all the options and good bread. Then, was like… uhhh, not so much. Then fell in love again. Most recent fav. here: The Buffalo Chicken. SOOOOYUMMY! Salivating writing this. I don’t get too much on the sandwich, as I really want to taste the sauce.(FYI: It’s on the vinegary side, which I LOVE). The peeps who work at this location are sweet. But I guess you get what you put out. :) I’m a 50⁄50 fan of the namesake chips. They are hefty cut, crinkle type. Ok, not my fav. but get them every so often as I forget what they are, can’t see in the bag. Appreciate all the options and that you write on the bag what you want on it, so no confusion. Great, now I want a Buffalo Chicken sammie! Droooollll…

Which Wich offers an efficient assembly line process. At first, a new customer may be over-whelmed by the scantron, fill in the blank type method of ordering, but once you get used to it, it’s a breeze. Personally, I wish more places were like this. There have been far too many occasions where I am trying to order at a counter and either they don’t hear me and fail to make my sandwich correctly; OR the counter is too tall(I’m to short) and I can’t even see over it to pick my toppings! *blush* Which Wich offers a large variety of sandwiches. They are group and listed into about 10 different categories on a giant menu board at the front of the store. Some categories are Hot Sandwiches, Comforts, Turkey, Vegetarian, etc… Once you decide on a category, you select the appropriate paper bag., which then lists all the sandwiches in the specific category. For me, the egg salad is located on the Comforts bag. Everything else you need to complete your sandwich order is on the bag. Simply bubble in your bread choice, toppings, dressings, etc. I love that almost every topping is included in the price — unlike Thundercloud who charges extra for black olives and pickles — boo. Only a few choices cost extra, such as extra meat or extra extra cheese. After filling out your bag and writing your name at the bottom, simply take it to the cashier. Here you can purchase chips, drinks or dessert along with your sandwich. Your order then clips to a line and is slid down through the assembly line of sandwich makers. Generally this process is pretty efficient and quick. I love it. As for the sandwich itself, I only get egg salad, but I love it. I appreciate that the egg salad itself is pretty basic and doesn’t include onions and celery etc. If one wants those additions, simply put them on your sandwich. The helping of toppings is plentiful, they definitely don’t skimp. I really like their bread, soft but with a nice crunch on top. If you enjoy a large variety of sandwiches and toppings, then hit up Which wich!
