I have been taking drums lessons with Dannie for over 6 months now. As a beginner we started with simple beats and right from the beginning she wrote down the beats for me so I can play not just by ear but also by reading. Every class I was learning something new. Every beat I learnt she would write it down and we would come back to it and add little modifications which would create a completely new sound and feel.
She is an amazing drummer and a great teacher!

Music & Arts provides great customer service! I just returned my daughter’s clarinet rental with total quickly and simply. Plus, the monthly electronic draft which is due tomorrow, won’t be happening. M&A will call our bank today and make sure! AND, if the draft occurs by some error, M&A has assured me of a full refund. The clarinet was very nice; my daughter returned it only bc she is too busy to play it.

So pleased with the customer service here. My middle schooler is leasing a trumpet from here. When his instrument case became dilapidated they replaced it at no charge and even monogrammed his name on the case & zipper pulls. We did purchase the liability and damage insurance, but I really feel they went the extra mile.

I went to Music & Arts last Saturday for my fiancé to spend some of his tax refund. It’s a nice, smaller music store that seems like it mostly caters to middle school and high school students who are looking for their band instruments. They also have a decent guitar selection.
The associate was very helpful and friendly. We started talking about our own high school band days of yore and he took the time to look up french horn prices for me out of my own curiosity. The store can order pretty much anything you want and they are honest about price ranges for instruments. They won’t try to pressure you into buying an instrument that is more expensive than what you need. I will definitely be back for more musical shopping!
