Great place for friends and family, busy always. Love the surveymini app, I get points to use on free dessert.

I love La Madeleine in general so I was looking forward to a good time, but this one in particular is struggling. I go here for the caesar salad but today I got a chicken salad sandwich/salad combo. Neither were great. A ton of dressing on the salad and not tossed hardly at all. The chicken salad wasn’t worth it either :( Also every table surrounding me is dirty. And there are no forks. Lol?

I had the grilled vegetable salad and it was very flimsy and tasteless. Worst decision to come here for lunch

I usually enjoy La Madeleine, but was unimpressed with my sandwich today. I took pictures because I thought it looked funny and pathetic. The sundried tomato sauce was squirted in a tiny round spot between each layer, but not enough to spread and there was(tomato sauce?) smeared all over the top bun. I was really hungry and am not one to make a scene so I just took photos and then ate it. It was really bland! The tomato soup and medium roast coffee were great, though and I signed up for their app to win a trip to France!!!

I end up eating here more than I would prefer. It’s convenient, close to work & I love their chicken caesar salad & croissants. My hubby likes the French dip hot sandwich but not the service. The desserts are not that great. The cheesecake tastes like something artificial & they don’t have our favorite Tiramasu anymore. The muffins are awful & leave a funny taste in your mouth. Their potato soup is good but it’s made with cream which is fattening. Their best soup is the vegetable bean; not too watery & always served hot. I would give La Madeleine a 5 star rating if the employees had a better attitude(including the manager). And they definitely need to clean the bathroom & the floors more often!

Purely a dessert review: If you haven’t tried the fresh strawberries with cream sauce, you haven’t lived. Wow. They also have all kinds of tarts, pastries, and desserts, but the strawberries and sauce stood out as a mega winner decision!

I love La Madeline– goofy and sudo French as it may be. The best things are the quiches, strawberry ramonoff, soups, salads, and my favorite– Chicken Friand. They used to have a bread pudding but I haven’t seen it on the menu in years. All in all, I have never had a bad meal or experience here. I know it’s a chain but it’s damn delicious and I remember coming here as a kid and thinking it was so special. Sometimes I buy the tomato basil soup and eat it at home with a grilled cheese sammie and it rocks!

The service is always friendly and fairly quick. The food is always seemingly served room temperature though.

The Chicken La Madeleine is delicious and they serve breakfast all day. Eggs are very fresh and tasty. Holly is wonderful, and staff is very friendly and accommodating; substitutions are no problem. Definitely a favorite of my family!

I’m really shocked about the prices. I’ve come to La Mad’s for years but today I was left speechless at the register when my total was $ 7.11 for a small cup of soup and an iced tea. Really?!? I can get a full meal for that at other«quick service» restaurants in the close vicinity. Guess I’ll head there next time.

Ate here with my family for lunch the day after Thanksgiving. There were six of us total and everyone got some different. The line to order went pretty fast and we were able to find a table for all of us well enough(though there were several open tables that were dirty that we couldn’t use). But the food came out within a reasonable time frame and it was good. Everyone liked what they ordered and the orders were correct. I like La Madeleine because for me at least the food always seems to be consistent from one location to another and the service is usually pretty good.

Food is exceptional but the line is always long. Maybe its the sunset valley location and that its centered around all the shops. Besides that, nice place for brunch

La Madeleine’s has some of the best comfort food around. I’ve been enjoying their food for years, every since I stumbled into a location out of curiosity. I definitely suggest the Chicken Pesto Pasta, a croissant, and some wine. This is a definite must visit for some great food!

I love La Madeleine! I’ve never had something I didn’t like from here. Their tomato basil soup is seriously AMAZING and the best I’ve ever had, but I usually don’t get it since it has just about 1,000% of your daily recommended fat! If you’re looking to indulge or cheat, please order this soup. It’ll change your life. I’ve also had several of their salads– all of which were delicious. Pastas and sandwiches are consistently flavorful. Prices are decent and the food is great-it’s a win win! La Madeleine never disappoints.

I have made la Madeleine as part of my stop when I visit the shops in sunset valley. I’ve both dined in and taken to go and every time I am in this location — the service has been FANTASTIC! I’ll get to the food in a bit, but I’ve gotta mention how nice everyone is. I always ask for extras. extra dressing or bacon bits or cheese, but I hate when places give you a small extra side. so I’m very clear that I want a LOT and they always, always comply with a huge smile. the soup is always hot and the desserts are always great. I’ve made this a frequent stop for a reason.

We’ve been coming here for years, but more often now that I work at home. Here are a few things that bug me. We have a favorite breakfast, but it requires«special knowledge» to ring it up correctly, and it seems every time we order it we have to teach the cashiers how to do it. We’ve talked to management about this but we always have issues. There is one particular employee that gets offended and turns rude when we try to ensure they get it right. She also gets offended when we tell her the coffee is empty. Also, they can’t seem to cook eggs consistently. Today mine had raw spots. Watch the field salad. Every time I get it I have to pick out the rotted pieces. They also don’t like to buss the outside tables very often. The grackles love this, however. Of course, where there are grackles, there’s grackle poo. Please, is it possible remove rotten lettuce? Corporate needs to come to this location and preach some Gordon Ramsey hell fire quality practices. My mom never gave me a salad or sandwich with rotten lettuce. No excuse. You’re professionals. Get the basics right. Be courteous to your customers. Care. Enough said.

The mushroom sooup is my favorite along with the lemon tarts-pies!!! & the raspberry tart thingy & the coconut cake — yum. The potato gallete(sp) is great along with the spinach pastry. Mostly get it to go – no reduction in the experience of not dining in — still quite pleasurably wherever I decide to eat.

I popped in here for a quick bite to eat one afternoon. I was wanting a salad or sandwich something and I happened to be in the Sunset Valley shopping center so I pulled in here out of convenience really. I ended up ordering the cranberry pecan balsamic vinaigrette salad with chicken on it. It was a good decent salad. Nothing fancy. I got the medium salad which was plenty filling as well. The inside atmosphere here is pretty cozy I would say. They have a rustic look going on and a fake fireplace(at least I think it is fake). The staff was friendly and the man busing the tables I noticed was doing a great job. I would definitely consider this an A-OK option for a decent salad.

I haven’t been to La Madeline in a couple years and was kind of disappointed when I went this week. I had the salmon Cesar salad and it was not like I remembered at all… The lettuce was like the pale green, crunchy end pieces of the romaine lettuce. In my opinion, those are kind of the trash pieces. What happened to the beautiful, quality, dark green lettuce they used to serve? And there were hardly any croutons. I think I counted 2 or 3 tiny ones on the bottom. They used to mix the salad in a big bowl as you ordered it. I did not watch them prepare it so I’m not for sure what they did, but it seemed like it came out of a tub of already made salad. The parmesan cheese was in a little plastic container on the side and the salmon was on top. I really hope this was just a one off bad experience.

I love coming here early on the weekends with my daughter. I get breakfast and coffee, she gets strawberries and romanoff sauced(teehee). She LOVES their romanoff sauce. I love it too but there’s usually never any left for me. This is one of my regular breakfast spots. They have a great outdoor seating area. For this time of year, they have a fireplace inside so it’s really cozy. Service is always wonderful. I don’t think I’ve ever had an issue go unnoticed or ignored. I love their bakery also.

J’adore la salade César; mais j’ai de grandes attentes! Today, La Madeleine’s Caesar salad, avec chicken, scored pretty high with me. For about $ 8, it was a fabulous lunch. I ordered it to-go, which can sometimes be a gamble, but it worked out nicely. The friendly girl behind the register helped me decide on an appropriate size. I went with a regular size, fat free dressing, and chicken. I was impressed that she inquired as to whether I wanted salad and dressing pre-mixed or if I wanted them separate, for me to mix later on my own. There have been many occasions where I wish places would leave dressing on the side since it makes lettuce mushy if left on too long. But, I went ahead and let them mix it for me and Yay, the lettuce and croutons remained crisp. It was just the perfect amount of dressing, enough to taste and add flavor, but not drowning my salad in it. Oh mon dieu! The fat-free dressing, was surprisingly delicious — didn’t taste fat free to me. Another tres impressive move by La Madeleine: my chicken was packed separately from the salad. Merci beaucoup! The chicken was nicely wrapped up, keeping in all its juices, and thus not making my salad soggy. The chicken itself, had a nice flavor, thin strips — I could have just eaten it on its own. They did forget to provide me with napkins and to-go wear, but the fresh salad, tasty dressing, and flavorful chicken made up it. Très délicieux! !
