Good food and environment, it was nice and the server was fast and efficient. Came here for a business/casual dinner and we were able to have some nice conversations.

I’ve been here a few times and the customer service is really good along with the food! Ironically I always end up with the same waiter but he’s been kind every time. I love the chicken dishes!

I visit this location often and very much enjoy the food and ambiance. However, I stopped in with the family last night(Sunday) at 7:00pm and was told it would be at least 15-minutes before we could be seated. This normally wouldn’t be an issue but I was surprised given the half empty parking lot and nearly half empty dining room(couldn’t see the bar seating very well — but we weren’t sitting there anyway). Given we’d already waited 5-min or so before being told this, and three different employees had been through to talk with us, I asked the person clearly in charge why we couldn’t be seated and help ourselves to the salad bar to pass the time until the wait staff and or kitchen was ready(the salad bar was clearly stocked and ready and that would keep the kiddies happy while we waited). No real answer — just told again that it would be at least 15-min before we could be seated. Too bad. We left and went down the street to Chili’s where we were seated immediately and had a great meal(new electronic device at each table that entertains the kids and also let the adults pay on the spot and leave quickly). I hope Tuesday’s gets their deal together — I’ve always enjoyed their salad bar.

The manager here is wonderful and smart! Unfortunately, even though she gave me the corporate phone number(for nutrition information) two weeks ago; there is no corporate support, no labels to be read, limited info for food-allergy sufferers. I was sooo disappointed. Corporate NEVERCALLEDBACK! The menu reads so well. If this manager were elsewhere, as caring as she is… And careful… I go to her restaurant. For you non-food sensitive, I’d suggest you give this location a try. The manager, Amy, is great. I’d expect you’d be very pleased. I would also recommend Vanessa, a very caring server! Much appreciated. You saved me from a four-day migraine event… and I can. Now, recommend the steamed broccoli and iced tea! Thanks!

I don’t go to Ruby Tuesdays as often as I used to because they removed the items from the menu I liked. However we do go on occasion. I took my mom there for lunch and I got a turkey burger. I will never get it again as it was so very salty. My mom got a burger but she also got the salad bar and took her burger home. The salad bar is really good and a bargain when you buy a meal. Our waiter was so friendly and went out of his way to make us happy. He even gave us a discount because he thought we had to wait too long for our food. I was busy talking to my mom and didn’t think the wait was long at all but who is gonna argue about a discount? Overall I think some items are pricey but you can’t beat that salad bar for a deal.

Many years ago, when I was traveling to different places throughout the country, Ruby Tuesday was a frequent restaurant where I ate many different times. Then, for reasons I still don’t understand, they changed their restaurants’ menus and their«image.» I didn’t like the changes and quit going there regardless of where the restaurant may have been and in whatever city throughout the US that I may have been. Today, I had medical appointments and business appointments in the general area of Sunset Hills, so I stopped by this particular restaurant. I had been told that it’s not a bad place to eat. I ordered the Herb Crusted Telapia with the salad bar as a side which was not an extra charge, and mashed potatoes. The fish was very good; it had a nice flavour and was tender, not tough. The mashed potatoes where whipped potatoes, and they had herbs in them which was a light flavour that I really liked. The salad bar was clean and well stocked with different types of toppings and condiments for your salad; I made myself a basic salad of lettuce with carrots and cheese as the toppings. Tyler was my server this evening; he was very respectful, quick and friendly with his service and that was very nice. I gave him a little extra tip for his efficiency. I liked this Ruby Tuesday much better now than when they first made the initial changes all those years ago. I will return when I’m in that area again.

We had the Cajun jambalaya pasta which the pasta was not cooked enough but other than that it tasty with sautéed shrimp, chicken and andouille sausage. We also had the New Orleans seafood which was delicious with tilapia topped with shrimp served with grits which was cooked well and not gritty.

My mom usually takes me to this location when she stops by for lunch. I’ve learned what to order and what not to order, but that’s mostly based on my diet or desire to eat healthy. The fish tacos are fairly good. If not in the meat eating mode — I recommend the veggie trio entrée — you pick the three veggies and also get the hit that oh so delightful salad bar. I personally find the salad bar to be the best feature. The servers are always nice but service is not always the fastest. However, it usually seems as if they are slightly understaffed for lunch hour rushes. Salad bar isn’t gross or sloppy, and they keep it stocked and fresh. The prices are the same as the rest of the chains — i.e. TGI Fridays, Applebees, etc. Similar menu — similar prices. If you are into the whole chain sit-down places, then Ruby Tuesday is one of the better ones(in my opinion). It’s convenient, and I can’t complain too much when Mom buys!

Nothing against the staff or location(or any of the other things that go into a dining experience). The reason this place gets 2 stars is because Ruby Tuesday is a terrible franchise… I could go on and on… and on but I will sum it up with this. MEDIOCREFOODTHATISOVERPRICED. If you want a steak head somewhere else, if you want a burger head somewhere else… I’m not sure what this place has to offer except a recognizable brand name… NOIPASELECTIONEITHER. I mean come on… staff is friendly though.

For a Wednesday night it was dead at 7:00pm. I ate at the bar. The bartender was prompt and friendly. Had a couple of cold ones before ordering the food. Ordered the black fire strip with a baked potato. Ate the salad bar. All the salad bar items were fresh and well stocked. My steak arrived as ordered. Cooked correctly, and was tender and flavorful. Baked potato, hot soft and plenty of butter. While having my after dinner beer I gave the place a good visual inspection. Very clean and well maintained, a must for me! Overall a good meal and cold beer for a road warrior like me.

I signed up for the Email Club and received my choice of burgers for my birthday. Burgers were decent and came with two sides. I had eaten the Cauliflower Mash before and loved it, but on this visit, it came out with a very thing consistency, almost like grits, and spread across the plate. This was not good. See photos. The salad bar was reasonable, and with some of the entrees, you can get the salad bar as one of your sides. My husband had the fish and really liked it. My co-workers rave about the seafood entrees here all the time, so I plan to try that next time.

Been here twice now and both times the food was pretty subpar. The first time I had one of their premium burgers, but it came on some kind of weird pretzel bun– did not hit the stop. Second time, meatloaf– extremely bland and topped with nasty BBQ sauce. I don’t think I will return for a third strike…

I ordered an Avocado Grilled Chicken Sandwich($ 12.49) to go. I had broccoli and spaghetti squash as my sides. I ordered the sandwich without certain toppings, but they managed to get mayo on it despite my request. There wasn’t very much avocado on the sandwich. I enjoyed the sides much more. It was a rather small serving of broccoli, but a generous portion of spaghetti squash. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My order was ready when I arrived to pick it up. They had forgotten silverware and when the individual helping me went to get some, he brought back two extra rolls. I had a coupon for this sandwich. Without a coupon, the cost doesn’t justify what you receive. Despite the accommodating staff, I would much rather spend my money elsewhere to get better food for a better price.

We stopped by this location last week so my husband could get his birthday burger. I’ve reviewed the St. Peters location and all I can say is WOW. What a difference. We were seated in a timely manner, the waitress was pleasant and helpful in answering questions. He got his burger and I got the slider lunch special with the salad bar. The salad bar is much nicer and has a lot more than the St. Peters location. When the waitress came to see how we were doing, I mentioned how things were much better here vs the St. Peters location and she told us «I know, I hear that a lot.» I wish I’d asked for the manager so I could get the GMs contact info. From all the reviews here, on other sites not to mention the reviews from my co-workers, it’s a bad location all around. We’ll probably be back. Crestwood is a bit of a drive for us, but we will be back.

I was pleasantly surprised. The salad bar was fresh. We ordered spinach-artichoke dip, steak & lobster tail, and the soup and salad. All delicious. Their fresh fruit drinks are refreshing and lite. There’s nothing worse than overly sweet drinks with dinner. Wish we had room for dessert. Next time!

Food is just ok. Service is pretty good, but with the food being sub-par it doesn’t really matter. Salad bar was really weak the last time I was there.

Excellent restaurant. Great for a quiet celebration like we had today. Love the salad bar. Good food and great real fruit drinks for a reasonable price.

Went there the other day because I was hungry and was in the mood for a make it myself salad. I wish they still had the quiche and salad bar combo, that was alright! I will say their salad bars are pretty much all the same no matter where ye may roam. The greens almost always look a bit limp, but not icky limp. They have the garbanzo beans, beets, green peppers, pinkish red red onions, carrots, tomatoes, craisins(my guilty pleasure) etc., and dressings. Nothing spectacular, but you can fill up on it nicely. Service was ok and prices are reasonable. I had the chicken wings with the«fire» sauce. Yeah right, fire. Hot it was not! It wasn’t even warm — no tingle no nothing to suggest any sort of warming effect. Spouse had the white bean chicken chili which was quite good. I noticed they are doing cheese biscuits now and wished they had offered us some, but I think they came with other meals. We were eating light. Perhaps some other time.

This review is only for their Sunday brunch. To start with up until a few weeks ago I had no clue Ruby Tuesday’s even had a Sunday brunch. Yesterday my husband was really craving brunch or a breakfast buffet. So we attempt to go to the new Golden Corral. We look at the parking lot and realize there was no way we were going to mess with that crowd. So we are driving around and then realize that we had seen a banner on Ruby Tuesday’s a few weeks ago about brunch, so we thought we’d give it a try. We get there and the parking lot is completely empty. We see the big banner about brunch is no longer there so we were kind of scared to even get out of the car. We did, and see on the door they did have Sunday brunch hour listed so went on it. They were open and we were seated immediately. After browsing the menu our server brought us the brunch menu as well. It is a 4 course brunch and they all come with fresh biscuits and butter, then either the salad bar or a blackberry yogurt parfait, the entrée you choose, and then chocolate chip cookies. We both opted for the benedicts trio. You get a steak, fried chicken, and crap cake benedict. My husband opted for the salad bar while I got the yogurt parfait. The biscuits they brought us first were down right delicious. I had to force myself to stop because I knew there was a lot of food coming. It has been a while since I’ve been to Ruby Tuesday’s and they must have given the salad bar a little makeover because my husbands salad looked delicious. It was not iceberg lettuce but a nice spring mix. He said the bleu cheese was really good too. My yogurt parfait was huge and very delicious. I would likely stick to that as a salad just doesn’t appeal to me for breakfast. The benedicts trio was also very good. My favorite was the steak while my husband preferred the crab cake. It isn’t a true benedict as it is topped with cheesy scrambled eggs, and is just a standard hamburger bun bottom, but they were still very delicious. For me personally after 2 bites I quit eating the bun, lettuce, and tomato and just stuck to the good stuff. It also comes with home fries on the side which were also good. The cookies were probably a standard pre packaged fresh baked cookie, but it was good none the less. Not sure if it was just because we were their first customers but they were warm when we got them. Very very good, although we were both stuffed and had to force ourselves to eat the cookies. All in all it was a great meal and we will have to remember them next time we are looking for Sunday brunch. Our server was very nice and attentive and we never had empty glasses(although we were the only customers for a while). I will say my one pet peeve is when you have a group of 2 and they bring you 3 of something. Both times they brought us biscuits they were a plate of 3, same with the cookies. If we are a group of 2 either bring us 2 or bring us 4. That’s just a small thing and nothing that would make me deduct a star or anything, just a personal pet peeve I have.
