McDonald’s

As far as McDonald’s goes, this one is really good. The fries are always hot. The food is prepared fast and looks and tastes good. Fillet-​O-​fish with double fish is the best. I was so hungry I ate it before I thought about posting a picture of it.
There is a language barrier. You have to word your order just like they have learned to key it in or else it will come out wrong.
«Fillet O Fish combo with an extra fish patty» is not understood by the cashier and will result in a blank stare. The words «extra» and «patty» did not register. These are advanced vocabulary words.
I was corrected:
«Fillet O Fish combo double fish»
Um… Ok.
I have learned to avoid drive thru’s. This is where errors happen. It’s like playing Russian roulette. I have not done a complete forensic analysis of the matter but it seems that when you go in, the mistakes decrease dramatically with your to go order.
I don’t eat McDonald’s often but when I do, I’ll drive a little out of my way to come here.

Horrible. whatever you can imagine was wrong with the fish sandwich. Nothing was right about it. No friendly greeting. Only customer in the place on a Friday night. What does that tell you. No more at that location. Bad aftertaste.

I have to admit that the reviews scared me but I am happy I gave it a try. The manager was super friendly and very attentive. I told them to make my food fresh and it came out exactly how I wanted it. The Santa Fe salad was delicious

They served me a raw burger. They did make another and gave me a free apple pie but that first bite was enough to make me sick. Thanks

Horrible service!!! I work right next to this place and come a lot for breakfast and lunch, they have never charged me for a side of pickles, but today they decide I have to pay? To me that’s not the point I have the money… It’s the inconsistent service that is always provided at this place!!! I even talked to the manager who said she couldn’t do anything. And I actually had an issue with her months ago for a completely different reason. All I can say is that they will miss out on my money from now on… I think the managers name is Diana. This place really is a dump. They could care less about you from my past experiences and they are always changing staff!!!

They never EVER get it right! I try and I try to be patient, but more times than not, they screw something up. And now it seems that since sliced apple wedges are less work, they feel they should add those to their oatmeal instead of chopped apples. Wow.

This is my neighborhood Micky D’s. Nothing out of the ordinary here. Same service you will find anywhere, no one has gone out of their way for stellar customer service. Same look as all the other Mc Donald’s around my area. Their drive thru is very slow because of the inconvenience of parking around this little shopping strip. I recommend you go inside.
