This place is beyond help! Customer Service? No! Right now I see 20 people in this store and 1 worker. It’s noon (lunch time) and its busy because people want to hurry on their lunch break and get things done!

Someone in Corporate must read Unilocal reviews because the employees who previously worked there were awful. Three times I let FedEx Corporate know that this store had to be the weakest link in their chain — but that was BEFORE… now the place has done a 180 turn around and with Ray and the new employees the place is great. I had stopped using FedEx because of the poor service but am now back. Three times this week I either shipped Express parcels or had print jobs done — all 3x Ray went above and beyond.. I read the review below this, Crissy I., and her glowing text didn’t equate with only 3-​stars. To me this place is now 5-​stars — thanks to Ray and the Team.

I’ve used this Fed-​Ex store a few times and have always been pleased with the service here. The location is great, just outside of the Sawgrass mall, and they’re open late — until 9 on weekdays. This is a full service location (not a kiosk within a larger store), so you can do your packing, shipping, and even pick up packages here if you miss them being delivered at your house — always a lifesaver. The staff is always really helpful and friendly as well — thumbs up for this Fed-​Ex!
