I don’t like to harshly bash places but this particular Dominos is a joke. I’ve been to other Dominos restaurants and they aren’t like this. On NUMEROUS occasions I’ve tried to call to place an order and they DO NOT answer the phone. I go to the store directly and there is just ONE person working… Making the pizza and handling the cash and customers. And they act like they don’t care when you walk in and have to wait an extended amount of time. The only reason I have repeated my visits here is because of the convenience because it is on my way to my destination and it’s just easier but I do believe after today it will be my last visit. It is ridiculous. Customer service sucks, and their store sucks. Oh, and they close the store earlier than what is advertised.

horrible custumer service, pizza was gross, when i asked for my money back the manager lady was so rude and was so hesitant to give me my money back. at first as they were preparing my pizza i realized they handled cash then went back to making pizzas, they did not wash their hands or wear gloves, they do not wear any thing to on their head to prevent their hair from ending up in the pizza. i took the pizza home and tried to eat it and it was undercooked so i went back and asked for my money back. i would never recomend anyone to eat there

Terrible, awful, THE WORST! One hour and 30 mins after placing my order still no pizza and no one picks up the phone. Have called over 20 times. Called 800 Domino’s and they don’t know what to tell me. Only thing they did right away was billed my card. Ruined my night and enraged with the customer service. If you don’t like your job then QUIT!
