These people having billed my insurance for visits that I haven’t made. When I contact them they say that they will let the insurance know. But when I contact my insurance they say that they got a call from this office saying that the appointments have happened.

The treatments offered by Dr Sha are effective and she is very experienced. She listens to the problems and then performs acupuncture accordingly. I found the whole practice very relaxing. She is very gentle and her treatments did have a positive effect on me. The practice is very clean and hygienic.
I did have a issue with their billing. They charged my insurance for more than twice the number of my visits. They will just ask you to sign on the form and say that they will contact the insurance later. I plan to never go back here again.
