Although I am athletic and work out on daily basis, I believe there is more potential. So I called Rick to give me an onsite workout training session. My colleague, Melanie Worthy, L. Ac., happened to be with me and joined the workout. We both are medical professionals and she is a marathon runner as well. We both felt Rick really knows what he is doing. He practices what he preaches and preaches what he practices. With Rick you will surely get REAL result that can’t not be achieved with those youngsters. I have been working out with Rick for about a year now, and I’m completely addicted! I take Rick’s bootcamp classes working with the«Real Result Trainer» as well as private personal training sessions. Rick is always up to date on all the latest and greatest work outs while maintaining safe body mechanics. Rick also recognizes each individuals work out needs. I know the trainer Rick Rios from many years ago from the Decathlon club. He has a reputation that all the ppl he trains are good looking, heheh. He helped me to get started on my training routine and I continued with the boot camp. It’s amazing how much mobility you loose when you are sitting in the office all the time and without proper instruction you can be doing so many things wrong in the gym. Rick has really helped me to gain the physical strength and balance back. Now I’m just as athletic as when I was a kid. It’s a great way to maximize the work out results without paying for private trainer. the group of people attending the bootcamp is really great also. they are always so cheerful and it really helped me to believe that I can do some of the exercises that I didn’t have confidence for.

I have been participating in the lunch time bootcamp with Real Results Trainer Rick Rios for about two years now. I sleep better at night, my core is a lot stronger and I feel better over all. I notice too when I do yoga my core is strong enough to support me during some of the more challenging moves — moves I couldn’t do well before the bootcamp workouts! I would highly recommend this work out — actually I have many times!

I have been going to the bootcamp for a few years now. I look forward to challenging myself and I like the way Rick changes things up so the workout doesn’t get boring. I was out for a bit for an ankle sprain and Rick was able to modify the workout so I could still work out but I wouldn’t risk injuring my ankle again. He also helps you adjust the workout to your fitness level, whether you are an athlete or someone trying to get back in shape. It’s not only a great workout but it’s a great stress reliever — getting fresh air in the middle of the day, working out with a great group and really just having fun.

I have been attending the Sunnyvale Fitness Bootcamp with Rick Rios a NASM Certified Personal Trainer for over a year now. This bootcamp is amazing. I look forward to my workout and have had great results. Rick helped push my fitness to places it’s never been before. With his individual attention and focus I was able to run a Half Marathon on Memorial Day. Before I started training with Rick I had horrible knee problems. His fitness bootcamp held over on the Plaza in Sunnyvale will really challenge you to push your limits. He pays attention to everyone in the class. It’s not just a cattle call with someone barking out orders. It’s a real focused class. I feel like I get personal training each time I go. Rick is a caring personal trainer that gives each bootcamp participant individual attention. He will not let anyone do exercises in an unsafe or improper manner. I really encourage you to check out his website at and come out to a bootcamp class with us. The girls [and our brave men] are really nice people. They will harass you if you stop coming and help keep you on track. Our little family wants everyone to achieve their goals. The lunchtime bootcamp on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12:00 to 1:00 pm keeps me on track and keeps me making healthy choices all week. The first fitness bootcamp class is always free. It’s worth you making the commitment to change. I still have some more weight to drop but I know that if I stick with Rick and LISTEN to him I will achieve my fitness goals.
