Kavita Kapila

We have been to Dr. Kapila more than 4 time. It was for fixing the dental bridge.
She did a clean and comparatively less painful job. She was always on time for the appointment time and we didn’t have to wait for any appointment.
She did a good job with fixing it up. I would recommend for sure for any dental work.

I’ve lived in Sunnyvale for a year now, and been to Dr. Kapila twice. I chose her because she’s local and accepts my company’s dental plan.
Compared to other dentists I’ve been to, this office is small. Dr. Kapila is the only dentist there, and there is one other person who acts as both the receptionist and dental assistant. However, the plus side is that there is never any wait for an appointment. Both times I went, I got an appointment for the next day. At my last dentist, I’d have to make appointments a week in advance.
I haven’t needed any fillings yet, but the cleanings are fast and efficient. She uses a new ultrasonic cleaning tool, which is much less painful than the metal scraper my old dentist used. I did some quick googling, and there isn’t a definitive answer on whether ultrasonic is better or worse than scraping.
