If I could give zero stars, I would! Ordered a pizza over the phone. Person taking the order said would be ready in 35 minutes. As part of the ordering process, they take your phone number. Got to the store right at 45 minutes after I had placed the order. Figured I would give them the 10 minutes to be sure it would be ready… Nope. Not only was the pizza not ready, it had not yet even been put in the oven yet — 45 minutes AFTER I placed the order! So, I understand that sometimes they might get slammed with orders, and that is why I gave them the extra 10 minutes. Not only was the pizza not yet in the oven, they told me it would probably be another 10 minutes — at least — before they got to my order to put it in oven. I asked to speak to the manager, as the lady at the counter was rude and giving ME attitude. She said they were«too busy» to have the manager stop what he was doing to talk to me. Total disarray in this store, horrible customer service. If they were that far behind, and they had my phone number, why did they not at least call me and tell me it would be another hour? This store OBVIOUSLY does not care about customers or customer service, as I was not the only customer in the store experiencing the same issue. There are too many other pizza places in the area, that care about their customers and provide great customer service, to waste your time, energy or MONEY with this pizza joint.

Do not order here online. We placed an order, arrived on time and waited for extra half an hour to get it, I assume it was just lost somewhere in the system. No apologies, no extra, just a wasted time.

They have the worst delivery service ever. My pizza was 1 hour late! Possibly more! How would I know, ‘cos it never showed up and I had to cancel the order. FYI I stay just 3 miles from the store. Additionally the I call up the store they are completely unapologetic about it, and even put me on hold one time with even hearing me out. I wish Unilocal would allow me to give them a 0. A 1⁄5 is still too high a rating for their worth. I would never order from this store again! Thats a given.

I ordered a meat large pizza for pick up. When i got there, they said oh its cooking. Theres people who work there picking their nose, and eating and drinking where they make the pizzas. I saw employees on their cell phones. I told the cashier that it was so nasty and he said oh its no big deal. They eat and drink all the time.The.people here I noticed I don’t think have any respect for the customers that come in. Yuk

Giving g low rating because they said they never received my online order even though I had a confirmation, and the lobby was filthy. The pizza is decent for the low price, but the hassle and overall dirty/unsanitary store are not worth it

I remember eating their mini pizzas on campus where i went to school. I dont remember ever had PH since. I used to work at a company where the CFO called it Pizza Slut or just the Slut for another locale. Cut to present day and im helping a relative with some computer problems. Next thing i know it’s nearing 11pm. Shit everything is closing. Online order to save the day. Stuffed crust pepperoni will have to do. Actually it seems this style is way less greasy and filling than the pan pizza style i remember as a youth. It was pretty decent! Not sure if it was cause we were crazy hungry but utility foods sometimes have their place

I bought 20 wings from this Pizza Hut on July 1, 2015. When I began to eat them, I discovered that some of them were raw. That next morning, I was very sick with stomach cramps, vomiting and diarrhea. Later, I took one of the wings back to the Pizza Hut and showed it to the manager. He tried to tell me that the chicken was done, but I knew it wasn’t so I kept the piece. I’m afraid that if they continue to serve their food like this, someone is going to die from it.

Slow… slow…slow. Really though, call your pizza in a hour early. There is no one in line and it took over 35 minutes to get my order. If your manager reading this post, I think you should consider retraining your staff. Seriously your restaurant has horrible reviews. Step it up.

I was staying at a nearby hotel when I decided to order a pizza for delivery. I phoned Pizza Hut because I like the thin crust pizza. The pizza order went well until I gave the employee the address. He did not understand which hotel I was staying at. It seems strange since many customers stay at this hotel. The pizza was promised to be delivered after 40 minutes from when the phone call was made. After an hour went by I received a phone call which I believe was from the driver. He didn’t know where the hotel was but after I told him he got here in another 10 minutes. I stood outside my hotel room door waiting for him. He started walking down the driveway and when he arrived he started laying into me about how he couldn’t find where I was. No apology that now the pizza was cold nor that he was late. After I told him that it was not my job for him to find where I’m staying but between his boss and him he stated he does not speak English. I phoned the Manager who after I told him what happened hung up on me. The pizza was awful and the service poor.

This location is pretty clean and the staff is friendly. I did an online order a hour before I went to pick it up and I still had to wait 20 minutes. There was no crowd in the store, so I don’t know why they were behind. They hooked me up with $ 10 off of my next purchase for making me wait. A plus is that they are located next door to Starbucks.

I placed an order on-line. The confirmation told me it would be ready in about 15 minutes. Showed up at the time it said my order would be ready. Pizza’s were ready and hot. Order was correct, no mistakes. Cost exactly what the web-site said it would. Fantastic!!!

Stuffed crust!!! This Pizza Hut is pretty good in my book. I did an online order and when I got there, the pizza was ready. Everything was correct with my order, the pizza tasted like Pizza Hut pizzas should and had stuffed crust. Nomz. The store itself could definitely use a remodel — it has a pretty ugly interior and the register area/space to talk to people is a bit unclear especially when the space is crowded. You may have to speak up to get their attention, but as soon as I got someone’s attention, I was in and out fairly quickly.

This Pizza Hut is the closest to me for online ordering, and thus the one I order from if I select Pizza Hut. Online ordering at Pizza Hut is for user-friendly than Domino’s and much cheaper than Round Table, so it’s usually my go-to option for pizza if I’m on my own. The food is usually good and a decent deal. The pizza will keep for a couple more days in the fridge, and it still tastes good cold, thanks to all the grease. The service is adequate. They get the food to me on time(based on their time they show on the website after I make an order) but other than that it’s nothing special. My most recent order was a bit disappointing. I ordered a $ 10 Dinner Box. A medium pepperoni pizza, 10 cinnamon sticks, and 5 breadsticks. Marinara sauce and some icing sauce for the cinnamon sticks. But this time… instead of the icing, it was ranch dressing! I threw it out; not a big fan of ranch. A bit frustrating that they messed that up, but the food is still decent overall. If you’re looking for some food that will last a couple days, search through Pizza Hut Deals. Some of them are good.

I don’t know why people give bad reviews. Every time I’m here I get pretty good service. I usually do carry out and the pizza is ready in like 15 minutes, which to me is pretty fast. Because it is small place it’s probably a better idea to eat at home or where ever. Pizza Hut pizza ain’t the best quality but still good pizza for the price.

I am a fan, and let me tell you why: 1. Good pizza 2. They gave me extra icing for my cinnistix(sp?) 3. Easy to find 4. Ample parking 5. The Pizza Hut Personnel is accommodating and fast with their service. It’s a Pizza Hut, I don’t expect much :)

I know that I can not expect much from a pizza chain, but I am assuming that for the size of the organization, they would have come up with a way to prepare a decent base. I had a rough day and just wanted to eat something quick and hit the bed. But I was thoroughly disappointed by what I got here. The pizza was horrible. The garlic bread is nice but the sauce with it is mediocre.
