I don’t understand why this pizza hut has bad reviews, i come here all the time and the pizza is amazing. Love the stuffed crust =)

You would think ordering a pizza with all your favorite fixings and a garlic crust would be tasty, but alas not here at pizza hut! The toppings tasted of chemicals and the consistency of the cheese was wayyy off, turning everything under the toppings into a soft, memory foam-​like texture. It seriously lacked tomato sauce too.
People must enjoy this since Pizza Hut is still in business, but this is not the pizza I am looking for. I would never order from here again. Maybe the times I liked Pizza Hut was when back when I got ultra stoned.

I normally really love Pizza Hut no matter where I go, but this location is really terrible. I have ordered from here multiple times and they get the order wrong ¾ times. They are always forgetting something and even some things that I paid for I don’t receive. Really annoying.

I ordered a pizza for my bf to pick up at 7. He got there early (6:40) and asks the cashier «how’s it going?» She responds with «WHAT». Okay so anyways he obviously doesn’t expect the pizza to be ready but is trying to pay for it. She argues with him that he didn’t order the pizza to the right location. He shows her the email confirmation on his phone. She still argues. The manager eventually comes out and says the pizza hasn’t been started yet. Okay.

So we ordered the big flavor dipper pizza, dr pepper and cookie pizza. I put in the comments box to put marinara sauce on the pizza.
Okay so they give him the pizza, just the pizza. He had to ask them for the cookie. He didn’t know about the soda and they didn’t give it to him so he just left without it.
Got home, the pizza looks horrible and is 75% burnt, no sauce. They also burnt the cookie, not as bad. But still. I understand this is Pizza Hut but seriously the order should be correct, complete and not burnt.
We will not be returning.

Meh, it’s Pizza Hut, what did you expect? They got the new menu as always — if you order what you want online and pick it up, you’ll get what you ordered. In the restaurant, they haven’t actually updated their menus — only a small flyer on the wall. So you don’t get any of those options unless you order carry out online or know what you want before coming in.
Turnaround is pretty quick too. They made us a pizza 10 minutes after ordering it. But the people working here just look really sad… =’(

I’ve eaten Pizza Hut my whole life and always have enjoyed it.
HOWEVER, this location makes it best! We’ve ordered from here many times and always love it. Even our guests were shocked how much better it was from their home location!

eh… pizza hut pizza is only good if you have no time what so ever to cook… and too lazy to go out… and till its not as satisfying as I remember when I was 6 years old…

I’m not a big fan of Pizza Hut. I go there occasionally. I’ve been to this place at least 5 – 6 times over the past year and it’s been a hit/​miss experience depending on who is working. They did slightly screw up my order the last time — I asked for saucy wings and they gave me regular with no sauce on the side. I did not realize it until I got them home. However, this time they called me to confirm my special request on the pizza. I was very appreciative of the fact that they cared enough to call and confirm my request. The quality of food is also good.

This places deserves to be shut down if they can’t have anybody reliable working there shouldn’t be open! The SERVICE IS HORRIFIC!!! Will not return so sad Pizza Hut so sad!

I ordered pizza for delivery at 8:56pm by phone very hardly & (just 1 mile distance) the staff said to me the distance not cover for the delivery & I asked him how many mile you have to provide delivery service but he answered to me angrily doesn’t matter, then I came and told him cancel my delivery, he angrily cancel & again I order to the same guys at 9:10pm.
I think the company didn’t properly trained to the staff about the costumer service. I never come back.

Should be negative 5 stars! But I guess the one star can be for the fact that the manager was nice. Never ordering from this place again. They have a good manager and service when ordering by phone. But their driver, an old asian man is very rude and actually had the audacity to ask me for more money. I didn’t really care about the fact that he told me my order cost more than what I was told over the phone, but he didn’t want to show me my receipt or give it to me when I paid him more than enough (pizza + tip). I took my pizza and closed the door. I called the manager to let him know his driver was doing this and the manager apologized, said that was unacceptable and kindly said he would send a driver back with my receipt and change. The same driver arrived and guess what? He wreaked of smoke like he was smoking my by front door. He asked me, «you want your receipt and change?» And I said «yes.» He took his time with his hand waving around near his pocket but NEVER in it. He just stared at me and after waiting for a moment thinking he’d give me my money and go, nothin! I said“may I please just have my receipt” and I closed my door. He had NO INTENTION of giving me my change. He didn’t want to give me the money. He acted exactly the same way that he did when he delivered my food. Worst shit ever! I’m not against paying for my food even if it’s expensive, but I will not pay for a shitty attitude and service. Please fire this guy!
I forgot to say that we tried the new 3 cheese stuffed crust pizza but sad to say it wasn’t. So we paid for that, but only got the regular kind. Actually, we ordered a custom half pepperoni half supreme 3 cheese stuffed crust pizza to be exact. We only got a regular stuffed crust half and half pizza.

I was skeptical about the reviews for this Pizza Hut location, how bad can it be? The answer is: pretty bad.
We ordered a veggie pizza online, got there in 10 min, waited for a little while and got the pizza. Service was ok, nobody was rude or anything.
Pizza cheese was somewhat watery but the overall taste was ok. Then, couple of hours later the pizza was out. Not a nice experience.
I wouldn’t recommend this location.

I’m not sure whose suggestion it was that we get Pizza Hut, but I think both of us were in a phase where we wanted to try to find cheaper deals, so I naturally signed up for their email club. We ended up getting a meat lover’s pie (no idea why as neither one of us likes too much meat on our pies), an order of bone-​in chicken wings and some bread sticks were added on for free from the deal.
We ordered online from here and the process was really simple. It gave us an approximate time to arrive, but due to traffic, there was no way we’d make it there on time. Called them up and let them know we might be several minutes late and was told not to worry and that everything would be ready and warm upon our arrival.
I guess he was talking about his personality. The guy was definitely warm and polite in telling me that our order hadn’t even begun yet, but would shortly. Gee thanks! Thinking there’s no way things can get any worse, the guy informs me that they do not have any bone-​in chicken wings here and only the boneless. At this point, I didn’t even care whatsoever. All I wanted was to have food and to be out of there, so agreed to accept the boneless wings. What a mistake! Needless to say, they weren’t any better than a frozen bag you could get out of the Costco freezer.
The pizza was how I remembered it the last time I had Pizza hut some fifteen years ago: not so memorable. Whatever though, wasn’t expecting anything amazing and it’s always good comfort food, so not a big issue.
The bread sticks. I can see why they were free and you will too if you get them.
With chains, it usually comes down to basic execution and efficiency. The fact that this place never began our initial order is bad enough, but the fact that they never got the ball rolling when we called them from the road informing them we were on our way is just too much nonsense.
And this is coming from somebody whose days are usually jam packed with nonsense.

i am giving this particular location a 1 star because of the service!
and if i could also, i would give the pizza a NEGATIVE 1000
just because we found a black residue from the oven on the pizza, unfortunately we had probably 3 – 4 slices of pizza left to return it and ask for our money back when my husband noticed.
fortunately for me and my children we did not get to taste that disgusting rock, but my husband did.

If its pizza hut we usually get it ordered from this location. It has never dissapointed us greasy heavy pizzzzzzzzaaahhhh… but hey thts what ur supposed to be getting when ur expecting to eat pizza… definitely not a to crave food but its ok…

I got a coupon in the mail for a stuffed crust pizza and immediately all of my childlike excitement filled me with an intense desire to go to Pizza Hut and order a pizza. I absolutely love love loved stuffed crust as a kid. Therefore, on a night in with friends, we decided to go ahead and order it, and unfortunately, we were pretty disappointed.
I’m not sure if the quality of their pizza has gone down overall, but I just wasn’t digging this pizza. I much prefer other pizza places such as Dominos, Costco Pizza (delicious!) or Slice of New York. You can find a much better pizza elsewhere, so I recommend that you take your pizza cravings elsewhere.
I was pretty bummed that the stuffed crust has gone downhill. It used to be my go-​to growing up.

10 dolllahhh seems like the magic number these days for pizza places. $ 10 for a large specialty pizza, $ 10 for a real pizza deal, $ 10 for a cheese stuffed crust regular pizza, $ 10 for two medium combo pizzas. I think all the pizza place have dropped their prices in realization that 10 dolllah is probably the max that people will pay for a pizza these days due to a decline of people getting take out pizza or delivery. Of course, with delivery, some places may take on a 3 dollahhh or a 4 dollahhh for delivery… and also gotta tip the delivery guy. We can eliminate the pesty tack on costs by going to the pizzeria and picking up the pizza, but the 10 dolllahhh round price is sizzlin.
Got a 10 dolllahhh meal deal from this place, which included a square pepperoni pizza, cinnamon sticks and breadsticks. Not too bad, not too bad, but I’d stick with my regular combo round pizza. There’s something about the texture and taste that’s better with a round pizza compared to a square one.
