Dr yang is a True healer. Through his compassion and knowledge of the human body, he has proven his ability to heal various ailments time and time again.
When I first met Dr Yang I had been suffering from chronic pancreatitis, lethargy and lower back pain for approximately ten years. After a handful of treatments, all my problems decreased ten fold. I have not had an acute episode of pancreatitis in five years! My energy has increased so much so that I am able to manage being a single mother while working part time and studying medicine full time. My back problems are virtually gone despite my hour and a half commute to see Dr Yang for treatments.
I have personally witnessed Dr Yang shrink bone spurs, breast lumps, and enlarged vertebrae. I have also witnessed Dr Yang heal people from a distance (remote healing). Just recently, he successfully healed my father’s inguinal hernia from a distance. I was able to see the X-​ray showing his hernia before the healing and an X-​ray showing the Absence of the hernia two days after the healing! Although it all sounds unbelievable, I write with an Honest and Sincere heart. I recommend Dr Yang to anyone with a desire to live a Happy, Healthy and Pain-​Free life! He is consistent in his integrity and his commitment to helping others. You Will leave Dr Yang’s office a better person, in Every way!

Not leaving a super long review here, but my wife has been seeing Doctor Yang for a while now and she has gotten a lot better, to the point that I decided to try it out too. I have been here twice now (and I’ve seen around 10 acupuncture doctors before) and I think this place is among the top. Highly recommend it.

I had acne and decided to go for Nine star university of Health Sciences because of the one very positive review about acne in Unilocal.
But my experience was just not the same. Even after a month of drinking the horrible decoction and 7 – 8 sessions of acupuncture, my acne did not go down. There was no visible improvement in my skin and the new ones kept coming.
I would never recommend my friend for this.

This is by far a total ripoff! I’ve been to other acupuncture schools and this one charges $ 80 for a 20 minute treatment where other places charge $ 60. The receptionist is extremely rude and incompetent and doesn’t explain anything. I had to wait 30 minutes to be treated and they didn’t seem to care About being so late. they did not honor the coupon they had given me and never bothered to explain. It was clear they were only interested in taking my money. I will never go to this lousy place again! m

Hands down, Dr. Philip Yang is the best. I think I can finally start my «Acne Diaries» blog since now I have finally found the cure to my facial acne. This moment I’m sharing with you all has been delayed way too long. I’ve had this horrible acne for about 1 year. Tried antibiotics, the pill, various acne cream /​face wash /​moisturizer and guess what, none of the stuff my dermatologists give me works. I was even tempted to try Safi (the Indian blood cleanser). Thank goodness I met Dr. Yang before I drink that Safi (apparently the contents of Safi is questionable and likely to contain arsenic). Anyways, so after my first acupuncture session and 6 days of downing the horrible tasting Chinese Herbal concoction from Dr. Yang, people could clearly see signs of improvement (this is only after 1 acupuncture session). After my 2^nd session, my face cleared up even more! I’ve never been happier in the past year. So glad to have found Dr. Yang when I was just about to give up.
Oh one final note — Dr. Yang is super nice and caring. He’s always super busy. You’ll have to stay still with the needles in your body for an hour or so before he comes back to pull them out. So, take that time to take a quick-​much-​needed nap!

Dr. Philip Yang is the healer that everyone wants to find: compassionate, kind, attentive, and highly skilled in acupuncture, moxibustion, chinese herbology (raw herbs, not powders). He is also a qigong master.
I had been rear-​ended in a car accident, and apparently dislocated my pelvis as a result. This started aggravated my neck pain, which hadn’t been bothering me; and I developed shoulder, arm, hip, & lower back pain in addition to incontinence, which I’d never had before. Dr. Yang quickly figured out that my sacrum was dislocated, and through acupuncture as well as his special form of spinal manipulation got rid of most of the incontinence and associated neurological issues (pain, burning, and discomfort in the private areas) in about 7 visits.
I greatly respect Dr. Yang. I like that he told me after the first treatment that it would take about 6 or 7 visits for the incontinence, and a few sessions more for the pain. He was forthcoming, was reasonably priced ($ 80/​visit; other healers of his caliber charge at least 3 times more, taking advantage of desperate patients), and I really liked that he always did everything he could to make me feel better.
I just wished I lived closer to him – I drove from Sacramento to see him. It was worth it, obviously! My western doctors couldn’t offer me anything to treat the incontinence, except drugs.
He’s outstanding! I’ve already recommended several friends to him and they’ve all been helped in just one or a few sessions – ranging from long-​standing insomnia, multiple sclerosis, parkinson’s disease, stage four pancreatic cancer, to tinnitus and low back pain. He’s a true healer.

I had car accidents back 3 months ago, which left me with spine injury and a lot of pains on my lower abdomen and irregularity in my monthly cycle that i never had in my life before. I had been going to NSU to Dr. Philip Lei Yang for 2 months now, and I can tell that through his treatment, my body is getting better and better. He is healing me not just for the symptoms, but from the source of problem. I went to MD doctor for consult before too, but they are not helping whatsoever for my chronic problem. There were so many critical condition that i experienced after the accident. I had non-​stop heavy bleeding from my monthly cycle, which lead me to being anemic; to the incredible pain on my abdomen that no other doctor (not even my chiropractor) can figure out the main cause of; also incredibly painful headache that i never had all my life. I am very impressed with Dr. Yang; as he did not just give me acupuncture; he helped me adjusting my back, also helped me when i had the non-​stop bleeding, he also improved the pain i have been feeling on my abdomen, and healed my crazy headache (i had injury to my neck from accident too). All i can say is, i feel lucky to find such an amazing acupuncturist. He seems to be able to fix anything that I have… and my health problem is pretty chronic… He will definitely be my doctor forever…

I’ve been dealing with pain in my leg for quite some time. Gone through every possible western doctor and every single test possible. I’m testing this place out.
So far. The doctor is very nice. The acupuncture is PAINFUL! But it’s because I’m highly sensitive. The doctor is very attentive to this, which makes it bearable.

I have been to Nine Star University as a patient several times and can honestly say that I have not gotten better treatment for my chronic health problems anywhere else!
One of my major issues I had since I was a child was social anxiety, I went to numerous doctors and tried different meds, nothing worked! I even tried other acoupunture clinics, but it was through Dr Yang’s treatment that I was finally cured of these horrible panic attacks.
I had also suffered from severe pain on my right side caused by ovarian cysts. When I got an ultra sound they found several cysts and one tumor the size of a large marble, although it was benign my western doctor wanted to remove it through surgery. So a 6 month out apointment was made and durring that time I recieved about 4 treatnents from Dr yang, when I got the next ultra sound before my surgery apt the tumor was completely gone along with all the cysts! Not one has returned since.
I have personally witnessed true healing not just symptom relief but true healing!
