Needed to do a small costume jewelry repair and came to the store 15 minutes before closing. Dave was already closing the store and refused to take my necklace for repair.
Will never go again.

My husband and I got our wedding rings custom made here. Mahesh and Dave are really awesome. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted for my wedding ring. They looked at my engagement ring and I liked the ideas that Mahesh and Dave had come up with, and I just knew that it was going to be great, and it was. The quality is and service is unsurpassed.
I got my engagement and wedding rings resized about 2 months ago, and Dave did a great job on that too. When I went to pick up my rings, I had brought in another one that needed polishing and re-​sizing as well. They have earned eternal loyalty from my husband and I. They really, genuinely, care about their customers and the work that they do.

Mahesh and Dave are an excellent team. In the past I have made some jewelry through «lost wax». As I began searching for an engagement-​wedding ring set about 5 years ago I worked with Dave and Mahesh giving ideas and exchanging drawings. I have made several purchases since. Most of these came about resulting in discussion, drawings and finally construction. I have been very pleased with each of the purchases. Periodically Mahesh brings in some very valuable rare gem stones, unlike what I’ve seen in some of the largest jewelry stores. The benefit of Jewels in Style comes from learning about jewelry before launching off into an unsatisfying «quickie purchase» that has the potential for «morning regrets». Listening, discussing and creating has led to some very satisfying valuable jewelry creations.

To Mahesh and Dave,
This is a long over-​due review, but I am glad I finally find time to do it. First, thank you both very much for the beautiful custom job you did with my engagement ring. After going to several stores to check out rings, I didn’t like any of the typical designs, so my friend recommended I come to see you. You both were very courteous and patient. You were able to take a rough sketch and use your creativity, imagination, and skills to turn it into a very nice jewelry piece. I often get compliments for my ring. Here are pictures of before and after. The process takes a little long, but I am happy you paid attention to all the little details and made sure it turned out stunning and perfect.

I have been very impressed with JIS for both my personal jewelry and for special orders for custom pieces as anniversary gifts for our employees.

I love watches and buy about two-​three of them per year. I always go here because they have a great selection and are very helpful. Once they didn’t have anything I liked so they showed me a catalogue of hundreds of watches. I picked one out and they ordered it for me, resized it, and I had it in my hands in about a week and a half.
Great prices, selection and very friendly.

Jewelry/​Watch — Repair/​Battery Replacement/​Sizing: Takes forever to get the job done, VERY expensive, and a VERY sloppy work! :-(I seriously couldn’t be more disappointed with them! :-(
Also, my husband purchased my engagement ring here and I really think they tricked him. I’ve never seen white gold before of such bad quality and when I took the ring to a couple other jewelry places and asked for an honest opinion cost vs quality they all said he got seriously screwed. It doesn’t matter anymore as it’s irrelevant at this point but that says a lot about the unethical way in which they conduct business.

Needed a battery for my watch. The repairer lost a part and returned me the watch without closing it properly. He promised to fix it. Its more than a month now, I still do not have my watch. I also received a call that its fixed, but when I went to the store, it was not. It is my worst experience ever.
Update: I have my watch now after 5 weeks. Its in fine shape.
