Had a big malware problem. ATT tech support could not help me. They directed my call to another country and I only could understand 50% of the conversation. Supposedly they scanned my computer but was still having major problems after the so-called fix. Remembered that I purchased tech support from Best Buy about a year ago. On 9÷8÷12 called and they transferred me to an agent named Sam. Let me tell you he was fantastic and very, very nice. He worked on my computer for hours(remotely), and today it is running perfectly. This is by far one of the best investments I’ve made. Thanks to Geek Squad for having Sam on board.
