Lechon Palace

Total fail. Ordered a supposedly baby Lechon and instead got a pig as huge as my house. Disgusting. The skin was rubbery — not crispy at all, meat was raw and the pig stunk like crazy. Total embarrassment to my guests… We ended up tossing in the trash. I feel robbed of my $ 295. Daniel (Dan) you need to find another profession. Lechon is definitely not your calling. This place deserves zero stars.

Never buy from these people! They don’t have a licensee to serve food. When I asked the owner to show me the pig he refused! He called me and told me to pick it up at 11:00 and when I got there he didn’t have it ready! The pig had absurd smell it smelled like rotting flesh! The skin was not close to crunchy it was burnt and was as hard as a rock! The pig wasn’t cleaned as well! There was hair everywhere. I felt embarrassed in front of my family after I served this. The pig had no seasoning and tastes like rotting flesh! Also he refused to show me how and where he cooks the pigs! He didn’t have a license to serve food. I’m positive that the food they make is unsanitary and no where close to quality.

Your amateur backyard barbecue wanna be! I paid $ 300 for a cooked Cebu Lechon instead I was given a raw and almost burnt skin it’s like chewing rocks which were suppose to be crunchy. Buddy learn about temperature at least 200 °F for the thicker parts of the hog! I felt really embarrassed in front of my family serving this for Christmas!

Cebu style AND cooked on charcoal. The skin was crispy all over and the meat was tender, juicy and flavorful. Hands down one of the best lechon, if not the best lechon I’ve ever eaten. Owner is very responsive and had my order ready on time for pick up. Highly recommended if you are looking for a cebu style lechon!
