Right next door to 24 hour fitness. This store has a lot of stuff. I get my water, Gatorade etc here. It’s cheaper but they do have a $ 5 min credit card charge. So bring cash. Plenty of parking and the place is clean.

The best price for single malt scotch. Not a big selection of various labels but pretty decent selection of Macallan’s The Macallan’s 18 yr old runs $ 150. That is the cheapest that I have found on any regular basis.

I go to Coles multiple times a week to buy random drinks or snacks and everytime I go in the people are nice and accommodating. They have a massive selection of supplements, but I personally applaud their selection of drinks and liquor. This is THE spot to buy liquor, second only to Costco. They have a huge selection and the prices are some of the cheapest I’ve encountered at any liquor store. There are regularly liquor specials all around the store and they get some pretty nice promotions of startup liquors.

New ownership, but service is still good. They’ve changed this place up a little, so there’s not as much useless stuff, but I still stop by to pick up a bottle of water or workout drink while training next door. It’ll be convenient until AKA puts in a goddamn water fountain.
Only thing that gets annoying is the people up front smoking while we’re training next door b/​c the smoke carries inside AKA.

Coles is a fun place if you’re looking to wet your lips and just for about everything else. Family-​owned and operated, this store has nutritional supplements along one wall and every drink imaginable along the other.
The place is hidden under the guise of a check cashing place, but you can get snacks for your workout at the kickboxing place or the gym in the same plaza.

I must have spent thousands at this place in protein shakes alone. Excellent place. It’s right between AKA (american kickboxing academy) and 24 hour fitness. Genuinely nice owners.
Their prices on supplements and protein powders are comparable to the best prices you can find online. Easily beats GNC.
This place does have everything though. Literally. From Padlocks, Protein, Towels to ceramic roosters and a really big assortment of liqour and beer. Every damn thing.

Starving and getting ready to work out… I realized I needed a snack before heading into the gym. I don’t like the Apex product line that 24 hour fitness offers, so I headed to Coles for a power bar. Wait… wasn’t this a carpet store before???
Realizing this is my second time, I completely forgot that there is a $ 5.00 CC minimun, Moreover, I forgot that this store has practically everything. You need religious candles, batteries, canned beans, detergent, or any other random item, well hen stop by Coles Market. If you are in a bind they are a good place to stop, and it certainly beats driving to 711. Again, if you are in a time crunch, good alternative, but the $ 5.00 «courtesy» CC min is not very convenient.
