If you are looking for an extremely knowledgable, experienced, caring, and professional eye doctor than you need to only experience a visit with Dr Marina. She is very beautiful and nice person and has passion for her work. Her care for her patients is truly displayed once you enter into her private practice. Her support staff and office give you the personal enjoyment, service, and attention you want in an eye doctor and for your vision needs as her office is not one of those big name chains. Dr Marina goes out of her way to ensure your entire visits from eye exams to providing you your glasses or other vision needs meet or better your expectations. I currently recommend Dr Marina to many and would also encourage anyone to experience a visit with her and her office as once you do you will understand how all eye doctors should treat their patients.

Rude customer service. Stay away.
I came once and had to schedule an appointment because the doctor only works certain days.
I came again for my appointment. Ordered my glasses and contacts. While the doctor and the man who helped me with my frames were pleasant, the front desk girl seemed annoyed that she had to be there. She made me feel like I was being a burden.
Two or so weeks later I got the phone call saying my items were ready to be picked up, I said great, I’ll come get them soon. Well life happened and I wasn’t available to go get them right away, then I forgot about them, ect.
Now that I’ve been TWICE to go pick them up. Both days I went they had closed early! Must be nice to work somewhere where you can just turn off the lights and leave whenever! Both times were around 2 – 2:30 and their sign on the door clearly reads open until 5 pm. This is especially annoying to me because I do not drive. So I’ve had to walk to this place in 90 degree weather (about 30 blocks each way) how many times now?!
I called them in the morning to see what they could do for me. I needed my glasses and contacts. I had tried coming twice. They were closed during their business hours. Not my fault. Their front desk lady put me on hold twice, for 4 – 5 minutes each time, and rudely said «what you want me to do, deliver to you??» Why yes, I believe a hand carry was in order at that point. Then she said «we don’t do that. You have to come get them» well guess what, I had tried. So when I said I would like to speak to someone else or just return them then, she told me she would deliver them to me for a $ 20 fee.
Really. $ 20 fee I’m paying because this girl was too lazy to work her scheduled shifts?
So when I finally made it in, the rude counter girl THROWS my box of contacts, takes out my glasses from the fabric case and throws those down on the counter to the side of me. Then I had to ask for a contact case so I could take out my contacts to see how the glasses were (isn’t that their job?). She also seemed annoyed when I asked for a receipt, like that’s too complicated or something? When I told the doctor about how rude her staff was, she excused them by saying «they can be like that sometimes.» Oh I didn’t get the memo it’s okay to not provide a pleasant customer service experience while working with people.
This is the best part of this story tho. The glasses were the WRONG prescription. So I had to wait AGAIN for them!!! When I complained about having to come back so often and how hard it was for me because of my work schedule and due to the fact I do not drive, I got asked «why don’t you drive?» Instead of seeing how the situation could be resolved.
I’m never again coming here. Stay away. Go anywhere else. Costco has boxes of contacts for $ 25 and guess what, they have awesome customer service and are actually open during their stated business hours! That’s where I’ll be going next time.

Dr. Marina Yagudaev is smart, extremely caring and will go an extra mile for her patients. The office has a great selection of designer frames. Definitely recommend for your eye care needs.
