This dunkin is the lowest priced anywhere I’ve been, so that’s a plus. I went through the drive thru and asked for an iced coffee with skim milk. I pulled up to the window and the coffee looked really light, so I asked the guy if it was made with skim milk. He said yes. He left without giving me a straw so I had to wait a while for someone to come back but the girl who came back did say sorry so I was fine with that. I pulled away and noticed there was definitely cream in the coffee. The cream circle on the cup was checked and I could tell after looking at the bottom that it was cream, because it swirls, and milk does not. Plus I could taste it. I hate cream so I went back through the drive thru and politely explained that it was made wrong. The guy just said«pull up» and when I did, there was no one at the window. Finally a different guy came up and handed me a correct coffee. I handed him my incorrect one, and I shit you not, all he said was«I can’t…but…whatever.» And he walked away. No eye contact. No apology. Super rude. I even said thank you to him and he just walked off. So not only did I get lied to, I got mumbled at and looked at like I had 3 heads, and it was a very confusing experience.

I just popped into Dunkin Donuts for a quick afternoon pick me up and realize how much I love this particularly location. Every time I come here the staff is polite, the service is quick, and it has to be the best tasting Dunkin Donuts in the area.

While all Dunkin Donuts are pretty much alike to me, this is the one that I visit most often(nearly every morning), and I’ve formed some opinions about it. If you go in the morning, it will be busy, but nearly always quick and efficient. There is usually a manager working, and the servers are polite and perform their jobs well. However, if you go in the afternoon, you have a good chance of running into the slowest worker I have ever come across. It is very comical that he works in «fast food»; I have on occasion waited over an hour for my simple(Large Iced Coffee, Regular) order. The story that I’ve recounted to the manager(apparently without consequence, as he is still employed there) is that once I went into the DD in the early afternoon for a coffee. He took my order, began to make the coffee, and then wandered around for ~15 minutes idly restocking the straws and napkins while I waited. He then finished making my coffee, but turned his back to me and stood facing the donut case, lackadaisically shaking my coffee and not responding to my verbal cues. Another ten minutes passed before I’d paid and left. Seriously.
