The food was just okay and the prices were very high $ 85 for 5 of us food only takeout no drinks.

Have been going to this place for over 20 yrs. with different owners. In the past couple of years it’s been very good and the owners were very friendly and service was great. We could get a meal for 3 for about 35 – 40 $. Today we ordered not knowing there were new owners. I about had a heart attack when my husband brought the food home and it was over 60 $!!! That would be ok if it was the greatest Chinese but everything was bland. I asked for one of the rice to be brown, which of course I paid extra for, but that was all the rice we got. A tiny carton of brown rice for all 3 orders? Well this place won’t be in business for 6 months if they charge prices like this for mediocre food. Spare yourselves and find another place. Sad to say they’ve lost a loyal customer of 23 years.

This place was a pick by the hubby and his choices aren’t always the best. He hit a home run with this spot. I was delightfully surprised at how great our food selections where! We did not order any meat items, vegan only and we asked the server all the right questions before ordering and he was very informative and accommodating. We orders the string beans in garlic sauce, veggie noodles (flat ones not egg noodles, he switched this for us) and eggplant in garlic sauce with sides of white rice. The green beans and eggplant where cooked to perfection, not over cooked or musshy and the amount of garlic and spices in all the dishes where perfect!!! The noodles didn’t seem like they where going to taste good but was pleasantly surprised! The dishes where not drenched in oil either so this was a good thing. The place was empty when we walked in around 6:45 but started to fill up right after us. It seems to be a local favorite. We are new to area and this will definitely be a go-​to spot.

Really good food. Highly recommended. Try the walnut shrimp and the sizzling pan fried noodle. Feel like heaven.

We arrived at 7:15pm and didn’t get our meal until 8:00pm!
The service was slow, the Dodd was horrible. Never going back!
We asked for chicken and mushroom lettuce wraps, instead of having individual lettuce leaves it came as a half of head of lettuce (we had to pull them apart ourselves and the lettuce kept ripping in half).
We ordered a shrimp dish (sweet & spicy), the spicy ended up being ketchup /​cocktail sauce.
A very disappointing meal, that went along with a very disappointing service!

Mu shu veggie was yum, veggies were fresh. I may have to go get this tonight!

I’ve come here for the past 3 years and have had good service and good food and they gave military discount everytime. I haven’t come for about 6 months and this time the young man taking my order goes to get manager Wayne cause they need approval each time which is fine. He says «well since we have kept our prices down for 10years we don’t offer it. I told him everytime I’ve come in they give it. He said no sorry. I asked for the owners name and number so he can know what is happening here he said no sorry I can’t give david’s number. I said does he ever come in he said no never ever comes in. I said how does he know how his restaurant wayne the manager says we share the company… wouldn’t that make him part owner then. It just seemed fishy. Now they have lost a veteran business

Ordered from this place for the 1^st time based on all the GOOD reviews, but unfortunately it was not a good 1^st impression.
Ordered delivery. Was first quoted 40 – 45 mins for delivery it took OVER an hour.
Ordered at 6:14. Received at 7:30.
Everyone was extremely disappointed and this is why:
No apology or discount for poor service.
I ordered 4 dishes totaling $ 53.
Takeout portions serve approximately 2 people (that’s not a lot of bang for your buck)
Taste wise nothing was above average. Food was pretty bland.
Only good thing I could say is that all vegetables were either truly fresh or cooked very well.
I wanted to really like this place unfortunately they fell short.

Wonderful food and great service! I love their wonton soup and their dinasty fried rice. Also their appetizer crisps are amazing! :)

Best Chinese food in the Sunland area. Really great, friendly and fast service every time we go.

The food was good and tasted fresh, The service was a little slow, but overall were nice waiters and took care of us. But they didn’t come around after they dropped off the bill. I had to get up and go to the register after like 10 min, Other than that it was a good experience. Probably will go back again for their lunch specials one day.

We decide to give this place a try and it was OK. I’m not a big fan of Chinese food but will have it once in a while. It was tasty no complaints on the food. And the service was good.
However, they really really badly need to work on the decoration of the place. It’s looks so old and unappealing. The booths are super flat when you sit and feel the wood framing.
I doubt I’d go back simply because ambience is very important to me.

Sooo BOMB!!! Good portion food too… I ordered a teriyaki plate, i guess they call it Executive Teriyaki lunch special, Sooo yummy… Enough to get me full for lunch and some left over for dinner… even lunch for next day lol! All under $ 10 bucks! Can’t beat that.

This is my first time coming here, I usually go to Chinatown for good Chinese food but might I say the food and service here amazing.
I am definitely coming back :)
P.s if you like noodles order any of the «chow fun» dishes, you won’t be disappointed. Enjoy ^.^

I have been coming here for years! Excellent service! Authentic Chinese food at affordable prices. Large portions so you can split 1 order between 2 people. Nice, friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this place to any and everyone!

WOW. we have passed this place for years on our way to sunland produce, so a couple of days ago i looked it up on Unilocal.based on the reviews we went last night. what a little jem, REALLY. first the young guys the run the dinning room must be the owners who else would care so much? they are super nice, super fast and really care.
the food… i was gonna order what i had read about on Unilocal,but then i saw on the back page of the menu their «dinner menu» old school chinese style

dinner b $ 12.95
dinner c $ 14.95
we both had «dinner b» 3 appetizers each, soup and your choice of entrée.
i had spicy shrimp DH had orange chicken, both GREAT and very fresh. we asked for hot tea (no charge), DH asked for brown rice (no extra charge). enough food for dinner and left overs for lunch. WE WILL BE BACK. got a take out menu for the glove compartment so i can order on the way home!!!
they even have a separate area for large groups.

The owner and staff are so nice and remember us everytime we come to eat here. The service is excellent and the food comes out fast!
The food is excellent, fresh, and delicious! We always get the house noodles, mongolian beef and lemon chicken for about $ 30 plus or minus with drinks.
Always satisfies my chinese food craving… you just have to try it!
