I’ve been here before and the coffee is good, but the last time I went I ordered a cookie and it was so hard that there were crumbs everywhere. I’m surprised they even had it in the cabinet for sale and that the clerk didn’t notice it was hard when she put it on my plate. Not many outlets for laptops.

What ever happened to Customer Service? Two HUGE issues Attitude of cashier, who acted as if I were an interruption to her day… She was standing staring out of the window… The other was no soap in the restroom, when it was brought to the attention of the cashier, she asked her co-worker who was cooking. Her response«we don’t supply soap». WTF!?? Not the type of thing you want to overhear in a food establishment’… Not so cool Bean“s n Cream. :(

I don’t know why I don’t come here more often! This place is super cute. It isn’t the fake stuffy feeling you get when you walk into a Starbucks. It isn’t a sterile environment and I like it that way! The people working there are super friendly. They don’t glare at you while you make a decision on what to order. They also gladly tell you what’s in a drink if you have no clue. I believe my drink was a yellow jacket… or something like that.(Good grief I’m getting old if I can’t remember my drink name!!) It was delicious! It had honey and vanilla in it. What I like most is that every drink tastes different! Every drink you order at Starbucks tastes the same or incredibly similar and it isn’t even good! I’ve had a few drinks at Beans n Cream and have loved them all. I also love the kids area. They have a nifty little area for kids to play while their parents enjoy a treat. They also serve Sassy Cow ice cream for a sweet treat. Sassy Cow is the best, by the way! My kids, or any kids that I’ve seen, have never been yelled at, talked to, sneered at or anything of time sort. This place welcomes family. I’ll definitely be stopping in more often.

Relatively inexpensive quality coffee, espresso, cappuccino etc. Enjoy the simple breakfasts. Good customer loyalty program as well. Would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a nice morning sit down, or simply a grab-and-go.

Really friendly staff, and they were in be process of celebrating becoming a «dementia-friendly» business when I was there, so that was cool! My cappuccino was good and they left me to my work after they served me. Felt homey and easygoing. Don’t have much occasion to go to Sun Prairie, but if I do I’ll return here.

I live very close, so it’s an easy option for me to go here. That being said, I’ve never been impressed with the service, they frequently run out of whole bean coffee to purchase in bulk, and there is a trend of slow service(as mentioned in other reviews). I enjoy their brewed coffee. That’s all I will order from here, though. I once stopped for breakfast before work, and it took at least 15 minutes for a sandwich. I’ve sat inside to do work for a couple hours once, and when I came home my clothes smelled like I had just been sitting in a kitchen(smokey, greasy, whatever). There is an employee that I feel is more professional than the others — I believe he opens most mornings. If I had to guess, he’s a manager. I keep trying to give it more chances, but I can’t say I’ve ever left and been thrilled with my decision to give it another chance.

Staff looks sad and isn’t the most uplifiting. Maybe it’s because I came during January. But come one I’m in a good mood, you should be too! Drinks are average nothing much different than what you’d expect from a Starbucks. Atmosphere is fine.

Love this place. Food is good. Ice cream is great(Sassy Cow). Exactly the atmosphere I would want for a coffee house. We’re often surprised at how little we pay. And there is a great play area for our 2-year-old with toys.

One of my favorite coffee shops. Really friendly staff and good coffee. After a short period of time they recognized me, and would ask me if I wanted my «regular» order. In short good old-fashioned service! I moved from the area, and miss the place. Pay them a visit. I don’t think you will be disappointed.

Horrible It is a wel deasigned coddee shop, nice sittings, free newspapers. But what about quality of coffee and food? The coffe photos showed has nothing to do with reality. They don’t know to forth the milk, and it came out as big bubbles. The Almond croissant was dry, cold, and old. Left it all on the table. The quality of the food deserves 0 stars — unfortunately there is no such option

Drove 30min from Madison just to have a nice breakfast, and it was totally worth it! Although everyone’s ordering the huge breakfast burrito, I decided to stick with the breakfast sandwich with sourdough, and it was amazing! It was so crispy and melted perfectly with the cheese and bacon. Very very simple but extremely wonderful :)

Get your order, find a corner, grab your favorite book, and forget the world for the next one-two hours! I absolutely love this place! I have been to Beans ‘n Cream Coffee House almost eight times now and not once have I been disappointed. Every selection of their coffee tastes great. I tried their green tea once and that was refreshing too. And their sprout breakfast burrito tastes so good and fresh. They have brewed coffee ready and also pour over coffee(they grind your choice of coffee beans and pour hot water as per order). The staff is patient and when asked for variety give good suggestions. What I always order: Coffee and the sprout breakfast burrito — 5 each! Lemon bar or cake — 5 Service — 5. Friendly and helpful staff Price — $ for the food(Another reason why I keep going back!) $$ for the coffee(but again they have some good flavors…) Side-note: Something I observed today is that they have a crossword puzzle taped to the counter, so you can solve one or two clues while waiting for your order!

Excellent food with a focus on locally sourced ingredients– even the half and half is Sassy Cow. My mouth waters thinking about their breakfasts– the egg/cheese on sourdough and breakfast burrito are out of this world. Everything is made to order, so it can take a bit longer than expected to get your food. It’s in the downtown square with a couple outdoor tables in front and a little patio outside. Indoors, they have live flowers from the local flower shop on each table, and artwork from the local schools on the walls. I love the fact that they have a jar for ppl to re-use those cardboard sleeves for hot beverages. As others have mentioned, it’s a bit chaotic on weekends with a line of ppl waiting for food/drink, and during the week it’s very much a ‘regulars’ spot. Parking is quite limited, but check in back! I’ve been visiting Beans for years and just found out they have a cute patio in back and some additional parking spots.

Not sure if we just ended up here on an off day but the service was not great and all 3 young girls behind the counter seemed very lost and confused. They lacked customer service and very few friendly smiles came from behind that counter. Theres no system in place for customers waiting for food and beverages-they just call out items but if theres more than one person ordering the same thing, it gets a little confusing as to what food/beverage is yours. Also leading to confusion is that orders do not come out as one complete order, so you have people standing around waiting one by one as pieces of their order come out. Terribly organized and terrible customer service by very confused and rude employees. And expensive! NOT going back!

Was visiting from out of town and wanted something sweet and savory. Had the white mocha and chorizo breakfast burrito. The white mocha was on point. So good. I was surprised that my breakfast burrito was made to order. Freshly cooked eggs, cheese, chopped peppers, chorizo, and sauce wrapped in tortilla goodness. I was pleased with my meal. Definitely will go back soon.

My husband and I stopped here after a long day of house shopping. I ordered the fall/winter special«Jack Frost Latte», my husband ordered the«Tuxedo». I really enjoyed mine. I am always a little leery when trying a new local coffee shop, most of the time they are excellent, but every once in a while they are terrible… Beans and Cream was not one of those. I have since been back three times in the last three weeks. I «work from home» a lot, which means I work from a coffee shop as to not eat all day and watch T.V. This has been my place. All three times the coffee drinks were great. Prepared well, the coffee smooth. I have eaten lunch here as well. That also did not disappoint. I ordered the quiche, my husband ordered the pulled pork sandwich. I liked mine, it was good, but his was better. More filling(thats what I get for ordering quiche). Other fun perks of B and C: — You can get local ice cream there — You can buy local craft/art items from local artists in the area — There are fresh flowers on the table from a florist down the street — children’s play area — you can purchase out of the ordinary seeds there If you come to visit me I will probably take you here.
