Little Caesars Pizza

I guess it is hit or miss at this Little Cear’s. Last we I called in my order and they said it would be 20 minutes. My husband and I showed up 20 minutes later. The pizza was not ready. Young man stated, «it will be ready in a minute.» 20 minutes later The guy hands my husband one pizza, my husband said we ordered 2. The guy says, «oh» walks to the back and talks to a guy making the pizza and then they both look out at my husband. When the guy returned to the counter my husband told him forget the pizza And give me a refund! You have a ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ chance of having good service. I guess it depends on who is working. Hope this helps.

Before I write this review, I’d like to say that I have been going to Little Caesars for a long time and I love their food. Normally I would have given this place a higher rating, but their customer service could be a lot better, tbh. The pizza is usually pretty good at this location but once in a while you’ll get an old one. The one thing I can say is ALWAYS check your food before you leave with it. 9 times out of 10, you’ll have to send it back. I was extremely dissatisfied with my last visit.
They’re always very stingy with the Parmesan on their crazy bread (which is actually delicious, IF it’s made right). I asked for extra Parmesan on my breadsticks like I always do, I have no problem paying extra for it if need be, and I got an order that had almost no cheese at all. I pointed it out and the guy at the counter took it back to add more cheese to it. When he gave it back, I left, thinking that the matter was resolved. Well when I got home, I saw that he’d lied to my face and hadn’t added any extra cheese at all. It had almost none. I’ve added a picture and it speaks for itself.
In the past, this place has also closed early on more than one occasion. I’ve called in my order and went to pick it up in plenty of time before they closed, but they had the doors locked, even though they had made my food and I could see it right there. :\ They acted like they didn’t even see me, even when I knocked. So I guess you could say that the major problem with this place is their incredibly LAZY employees. u_​u;;
I’d give it a 2/​10, honestly. The only reason I rated 2 stars instead of only 1 is because they’re very inexpensive and they do make awesome food… Sometimes. And this rating is also because it’s kind of hit-​or-​miss… It depends who you get and how busy they are, and it’s not reliable. I may review this place again if it’s resolved but I am very not happy right now.

It’s not bad for the price. It’s generic so there’s nothing special about it. I like it well enough for when I want something fast/​close by but when I have the time I go to East Coast Pizza.

I had to wait a little bit because it was during dinner time on a Friday but I don’t mind waiting for fresh pizza and crazy bread! Also the crew is so nice and I’m a sucker for supporting vets!

Nice clean large location. With table inside and outside. I wanted a deep dish square pizza but really didn’t want to buy a whole one for just me (a waste) the guy suggested an order of pepperoni cheese bread and he would add sauce. It would be just like getting half of a deep dish. That’s Wasup! I loveeee when service is stretched to meet the customers need! Thanks pizza pizza.

This little Caesar’s is located just east of the I-​75 in ruskin sun city area. There are quite a few Businesses along this stretch of road that don’t Exist, so I’m trying to add all of them as I visit them.
This location seems to have a lot of New cashiers so just be patient and take your time.
