South Shore Pizza

I ordered pizza twice from here, to go. Great crust, good ingredients and taste. Did not have pizza anywhere else in town but this a great tasting pie.

Wonderful! The owner went above and beyond to help me customize an order and delivery for Father’s Day. He even insisted on delivering to the 2^nd floor of my grandfathers retirement center even though I offered to come downstairs. So courteous! Pleasant and passionate about their food. We were all blown away by the taste, quality, and delicious seasoned crust choices. 5 stars!

We ordered a small Hawaiian pizza. Had a great amount of topping, tasted delicious and wasn’t greasy like most pizza places ! We will definitely be back again :)

Needed quick food fix that could provide delivery after 9pm. Found this place on line and had reasonable choices with great prices. We each ordered a salad and then I saw the Parmesan dots with garlic butter that sounded like major comfort food. OMG!!! They tasted amazing without the garlic butter but once dipped in that it was AWESOME! of course I was pretty sure I needed a cholesterol check after that. Salads were basic and small but the prices were ridiculously low so for the price they were good.

To store at the most. Chicken parm was okay but I’ve had hot pockets taste better. Wings were nothing to die for. At least it was fast and priced right

If you like pizza and related items, this is THE local place I recommend going!
My boyfriend and I are regulars here and every single time we go, we always get great service and amazing food! Even when other places have told me they can’t take my order because it’s too late (even though it’s an hour before they close) I can still go here and get a delicious meal. It’s great if you’re on a budget too, because they have really low prices. The portions are HUGE! They also deliver and are very fast, although we frequently go here for carry out or delivery. They listen well and very rarely get the order wrong (if they do, they fix it). I have never had a problem with this place, always excellent!
I personally love their cheesebread, and he is a big fan of their chicken bacon ranch sub. Their pizza is really delicious too, especially since they started having flavored crust. They are always expanding their menu as well, which is really great! They have pretty much anything you could want, and are always happy to give you service with a smile! ¹¹⁄₁₀!

They are very friendly even though when you call to place an order they always seem hectic. The food is always delivered quick and with a smile. Great customer services is what keeps us coming back!

Love their pizza. In fact we host a huge pizza party serving their pizza (for the Kings Point Michigan Club) Everyone loves them!

I should have stuck to pizza. But noooo. Got the calzone which was dry and doughy, probably because there wasn’t enough cheese and no sauce inside. I think I could have made a better one at home. The anti pasta salad is an embarrassment. It was really the contents of a taco salad with banana peppers and shredded lettuce, and it was kinda gritty. Complete waste of money.

Pretty awful but it’s the only thing around here that delivers. What do you expect in this area

We love the parm dots and hawaiian pizza. Weve also had the calzones. This place consistently has good food and reliable delivery. Even though their website could use a more modern aesthetic and order creation could possibly be streamlined, its a good representation of who they are — an unpretentious small biz. Our order is always accurate and we use it often. The Taco pizza is ah-​may-​zing! Get it on Tuesday for a discount price.

I can’t complain about this joint. Little greasy just like I like it. It had good sauce, okay dough and the cheese was cheesy in the best possible way. Got the pepperoni with extra cheese well done and cheesy bread. Over all ⁴⁄₅ for the food. I gave an extra star due to they said they would be at my semi in 30 minutes and they did. And they didn’t hesitate or ask silly questions when I asked if they deliver to big rigs.

Not too bad. They’re open later than most locations around the area which is great. My favorite thing was their boneless chicken. It has the perfect blend of spices, cheeses, and sauce. The cookie I ordered was also quite delicious. The pizza was alright not exactly the best and the Mac and cheese was pretty good too. The service from the delivery man was great. If I go back to the area and need a late night meal I’d order from here again.

I eaten here several times and have learned what NOT to buy. Indeed I am a fan of their DELICIOUS bread bowls, salads, OUT OF THE WORLD REESES cookies, and Philly Cheese Steak YUMMY pizza !! My least favorites are the wings, they are small and taste weird. I guess they are still perfecting their sauce. The Subs are lacking MEAT, so either pay for double meat, which is really a normal portion or do not order at all. Ordered chips once & they were stale and the pizza is pizza, except the Philly Cheese. I must state that their CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT !! Any and all issues have been professionally resolved. I will always support GOOD neighboring businesses.

I had pasta bread bowl there because everyone’s always bragging about how good it was I had a chicken and bacon one I thought it was great the chicken was awful it didn’t even taste like it wasn’t even real chicken Tyson Dino nuggets tasted 10 times better than that did don’t get me wrong the pasta bread bowl with the bacon and all tasted delicious but don’t get nothing with chicken in that place stay away from the chicken there

Over the past month I have placed two orders by phone and never received them. When you call the restaurant to check the status, the staff could not care less if the customer gets the order or not. Kids running the restaurant at night are rude and unprofessional.

I ordered a pizza from that place it was really fast and it was really great the delivery guy was very courteous and professional. great price is the best value in town you guys have to try this fantastic

It’s not Dominos and the pizza is terrible, chickens wings looked microwaved and tasted gross. Placed an order, waited 40min and it was incorrect. In my opinion, find somewhere else. I’m all about giving small businesses a chance but sell me a quality product not something my 7 yr old can make better himself. Very disappointed.
I believe there’s a dominos in Apollo Beach.

Well nothing changes sometimes a second chance isn’t worth it food was awful tasted like it was cooked in old grease and took forever never again!

These guys are great. I just ordered from them again, which makes this probably the eighth or ninth time I’ve done so. I always get a pizza, and it is fantastic (especially the thin crust). Order online or over the phone and they will have it delivered to your door faster then you’d expect. They’re a pretty new business, and are continuing to improve their service. If you live in Ruskin, Apollo Beach, or Sun City Center, South Shore Pizza is THE BEST choice for pizza. Give them a try.
