I dropped my phone on tile. Stupid me had no case on it and the screen cracked. I put in a request to iCracked of Summerville at 10pm and Andrew C called me immediately to schedule a time to meet up so he could fix my phone.
We decided to meet at Starbucks the next day. They also make house calls, but I knew I was going to be running errands around town so Starbucks was a great location.
Andrew was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and quickly replaced my screen. It was so cool to see inside my iPhone, so if this happens to you, make sure to peek! The entire process took 20 minutes, at the most.
Seeing this mobile company in action, from the easy request form to Andrew’s professionalism, will keep me coming back for all of my tech needs.
Conclusion: you don’t need a store front to deliver excellent customer service at competitive prices.
