My mom loves these guys, and this is why I took my old 96 S10 truck to them to fix the exhaust manifold. My husband wanted the exhaust fixed, but we didn’t realize that it would be over a grand. I dropped the truck off the morning of February 22^nd. They called later and told me the price would be $ 1330.00 to fix exhaust and tune up which husband opted to not fix as we didn’t have that much money at the time. The truck was running on all 6 when I dropped it off. I picked the truck up Wednesday, and it was barely running, and it would not get me up a steep hill going home, so I called them. They said they didn’t do anything to it. I said, it was not running this bad when I dropped it off. They stood by what they said that they didn’t do anything. If you looked at the exhaust to quote me a price, then you saw the wires hanging there. If they were not hanging there, then they came off when you took it for an almost 5 mile test drive. Either way, I could not get it up hospital hill. They said they would send their guys to see maybe if a wire or vacuum hose came off, so I opened the hood and waited a couple minutes for them to show up. They arrived and quickly closed the hood, started the truck. It was back firing as they drove off. They never even looked under the hood. I called the next day and was told there pretty much was nothing to be done, so I called a local towing company to retrieve the truck for $ 81.00. When the tow truck driver unloaded the truck, he said he would park it where I wanted, and proceeded to start it up where it was shooting flames out the side of the motor. He got under there and found 2 spark plug wires hanging there. Had Wagleys looked under the hood when I was sitting on the hill, I would not have had to hire a tow truck, and this review would never have been written. Why would you tell me you would have them look for loose wires, and then not do it? It took the tow truck driver less than 3 minutes to see those wires hanging there. I still stand at, they don’t care.

I can’t say enough how grateful I am for all the help I received from Ryan at wc!!! Went there for a second opinion, (the first one quoted me $ 4700.00– told me I needed a new transmission) and to make a long story short he actually did research my cars problems and sent me straight to ford who fixed all the issues for free! Honest and patient !!! Thanks for all you did for me at Wagley creek!

Always a good experience. Very experienced and competent. They diagnose the problem and give you options to fix. Fair prices given their expert service. I plan to always go back whenever i have a problem I can’t fix myself. Highly recommend.

To find a car repair, that I can trust, is such a relief! I have neighbors, that have gone there for years and have all good experiences, so finally I gave them a try. It was so easy, to just go in, get a price and know what’s wrong before they fix anything, then to top that, they drove me to my job, so I didn’t have to figure that logistic out.
They’re so professional and confident, that I never wondered if they knew what they were doing.
I just wish, that I had gone there a year ago and saved myself a lot of money and grief. Oh we’ll, live and learn.

Luckily my vehicles don’t need much repair work. However, I use Wagley for oil changes and couldn’t be happier. Every staff member I have encountered has been friendly. The service has always been performed flawlessly and I never get the runaround or attempts at up-​selling like I do at the more typical oil change places that promise to get you out in a jiffy. The price is good and they’ll even shuttle you to work/​home if you’re local. Can’t beat this place!

THESE GUYS ARE TRUSTWORTHY! I bring all of my current vehicles here, 2006 Volvo S40 and a 2006 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon.
They care about their reputation and have always supported there work if any problems have come up after driving away from the shop.
I recently relocated to CA and am paying 80 dollars for a AAA auto shop to do a diagnosis, which looks to be a 10 minute job. I wish I was able to take my car to Wagley Creek this time.
