Stopped here on our way home from Leavenworth yesterday. We had driven by many times and thought about stopping, so glad we finally did. This place is delicious. The owner is really sweet and has a passion for food. We had the veggie yakisoba and the beef teriyaki bowl and both were really good! Well priced and generous portions! Highly recommend stopping here!

I had the beef curry today. Wow! It was very good. I would highly recommend stopping in if you like authentic Japanese.

Went here after a long hike, loved the sushi, the sticky rice was on point, wished there was more sushi options but other then that would definitely recommend eating here!

Just went on a hike and decided to stop here for some food. Wish this truck was closer to home! The owner was so friendly and very attentive — if I’m ever in the area again I’ll definitely stop here for some grinds!

So when it was confirmed that we would be getting Atsuki’s Food Truck at our Port Susan Spring Fest & Touch-A-Truck, I was pretty excited to have Japanese food at our event. What I didn’t expect was how incredible the food would be! I LOVE sushi. But I’m picky. It has to be fresh, good taste and feel in your mouth. What Atsuki’s has done with his twist on sushi, WOW! I will confess. I went back three times! His Bacon Fried Rice? Sin in a bowl! I could not say enough about how great his menu is and I think a trip or two to Sultan is in order till we can get him back for next years Port Susan Spring Fest & Touch-A-Truck. IT’S THATGOOD! He does catering too!!!

Very nice addition to hwy2 and Sultan. Food is fresh and delicious! We tried the sushi cups and the pork cutlet. Only complaint is that he’s not open later!

My first time trying this good truck today… I will have to come back again soon! Very fresh flavors and great presentation. The owner is very sweet. I would have never imagined that I would find such great food in Sultan! I had the spicy tuna sushi cup and the california roll sushi cup!

This is excellent food, generous portions, fresh, and attractively presented. The chef is skilled well beyond what is usually found in a food truck. The bacon yakisoba and bacon fried rice are superb, with a small side salad(well dressed) and a small garnish of fruit. This is great food! Sultan is lucky to have such a tasty alternative.

Located on the parking lot of the Wind Mill Espresso(the structure is a wind mill) along US2, it is easy to miss Atsuki’s Food Truck. Once you keep your eye on the left side of the highway heading east, you will notice the purple truck with Mt. Fuji and cherry blossoms painted on it. The menu is purely Japanese ranging from sushi to yakisoba and fried rice. We tried the California Sushi Cup, Shrimp Sushi Cup and Tobiko Sushi Cup — all sushi variations are deconstructed and layered in a cup(genious… holds well and can be prepared quickly and still carries all the flavors we love in a good sushi). The Yakisoba(with bacon), Fried Rice(Japanese sticky rice) and Pork Cutlet Curry come with a small side salad and cut fruit. We loved everything we ordered(even the dressing on the side salad was very good). Chef Atsuki is the nicest food truck chef you will ever meet(very gracious and courteous). He also told us that he is available for catering and private events with a food minimum. Give his food truck a try(remember, along US2… wind mill and purple truck)… we will certainly be back to see him again!
