Our AC went out at our house, called a few local companies, and they didn’t return phone calls back.
Called this company, at first the tech was very helpful, tried to solve the problem over the phone to see what was going on, and advised if the problem still existed after that to call him back. We called him back as the problem was still there. He was at our place in less than 15 minutes, very courteous, he looked at all the things in detail and showed us a few things that needed attention. He had very good knowledge of the components and took him ½ hour to fix our unit, and didn’t seem like he was out to just make money after hours, he looked like he genuinely wanted to help. Good people are hard to find like that.
We are glad we got him. And he is local. We would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

we purchased a ductless mini split hvac system and for two years we dumped a lot of money into it trying to find someone, anyone that knew what they were doing and how to install these complicated systems. Instead things keep getting worse and worse. Then we found Shannon at SH Mechanical, truly a god send! These guys did in hrs what other hvac companies took days to screw up. Shannon came in to a difficult situation and cleaned it up like it was nothing. Its was worth every penny, and in the end much less expensive considering they know what they are doing and they are not spending days trouble shooting things they know nothing about. To be fair the mini split systems are not common and are somewhat difficult but if you need one installed you can’t go wrong with these guys. Oh ya and my wife has been so frustrated with our lack of heat during this whole ordeal that i think Shannon might have saved our marriage !!!
