Every aspect of the sale of our home in the north Napa region was handled in an extremely professional and efficient manner. Their judgment on how to present the house and when to put it on the market were outstanding; this was particularly important because of the major earthquake that hit Napa the week before we were to begin showing the house! Most important, Karen and Kim came to the house REPEATEDLY to help with various issues and to bring furniture to help stage the house.
Since we were moving out of state in two stages, Karen and Kim helped by being an interface with movers, utilities persons, etc. On several occasions while we were out of state, we asked Karen to go by our house make some adjustment, and she gladly did that. In my opinion, she exceeded all of our expectations and was able to sell our house for the highest sales price in our neighborhood, thus far. I give Karen and Kim my highest possible recommendation.
