Prepped Kitchen

Not sure of the Lady’s name whom runs the place but she has one of the worst business practices of anyone I have ever seen. If you want to be harrassed and yelled at, please by all means rent from her. Please dont’t give her your money.

I ordered Prepped Kitchen lunch catering for my work meeting in Downtown Suisun. Andrea and her staff are culinary chefs from Napa. They were able to deliver and the food was top notch!

Although I wanted a simple sandwich lunch for work, I am sure she can custom a meal given lots of lead time. When she emailed me her menu, I was overwhelmed by all the choices.
I ended up getting a sandwich buffet lunch which included 3 types of sandwiches, house-​made drinks and bottled carbonated flavored water, salad, and cookies. She also included plates, plastic silverware and to-​go boxes.
I had three types of sandwiches:
Turkey Bacon with avocado, lettuce, tomato, onion, rosemary aioli on herb focaccia
Roast Beef with caramelized onion, arugula, herb roasted tomato, blue cheese, horseradish spread on challah bun
and Grilled Portobello with spinach, wine braised onion, tomato, basil pesto aioli on Herb Foccacia
My order also had a green salad topped with yellow and red mini tomatoes, crumbled feta, red onion, olives (basically tons of veggies) with two house made dressings on the side: green goddess and balsamic.
I also had bottled sparking water and two in house made drinks: watermelon water and hibiscus mango tea.
They were both delicious but the watermelon water… wow! It tasted like liquid starbursts but I bet it’s much healthier! I also had a mixed platter of cookies: chocolate chip, chocolate mint (there may have been another flavor but I missed it.)
I’m only sorry I didn’t take a picture of the spread it was so delicious that my staff ate everything once it was delivered.
It was a hit –everyone was raving about the food. I would definitely go with them again for catering. I hope they open a café soon because their food is full of flavor and delicious!
