Burger King

I downloaded the Burger King app to get some discounts and I go to this location every now and then when I’m too lazy to cook. In the past, whoever worked the cash register would let me substitute a large onion rings instead of a large fries with no problem if the app discount was for 2 large chicken sandwiches and 2 large fries, for example. However, today I wanted to claim an offer for a double bacon cheeseburger and large onion rings. The manager was working the cash register and said he could fix things to make it work. When I received my bag, I had large onion rings and a SINGLE bacon cheeseburger. I asked the manager why my double got changed to a single and he said that’s what happens when you try to change fries to onion rings with the app. Other workers have done it in the past for me at this location AND fries cost the same amount as onion rings, so what was the problem?
Even though I didn’t get to save as much as I should have by receiving a single cheeseburger instead of a double, that’s not what I’m really disappointed in. What upset me the most was that the MANAGER WALKED AWAY FROM ME as I was asking a question. If you are a manager, you should not be rude to your customers. Never had an experience like that before, especially with a manager, so that was really bad customer service on his part.

This Burger King is the best that I’ve been to. Pretty fast and prompt and never had an order go wrong or bad. People are pretty friendly and the inside is kept up pretty good. Staff is attentive to customers and food comes out hot and tasty.
Overall, it’s my kids go to place for a quick bite. And 2 for $ 5 burger deals just make me eat bad. But I’ll come back!

It is hit or miss here. Sometimes service is great other times it’s like hurry up and come back another time. Some of the workers are great a few are not about service. No matter I don’t eat fast food unless I got nephews or nieces with me

I have to honestly say that this is the best Burger King I have ever been to. Joseph greeted us with a smile and by gave us awesome customer service while taking our order. He precisely took our order and answered my questions. The manager and Joseph let us upgrade our Veggie Burger deals to include ICEE at no additional cost. Our complicated order came out perfect with no mistakes, thank you!

12÷15÷13 — I have to write this review right now before I leave the parking lot. I can’t believe that I got a hot & juicy burger from a drive-​thru, this hasn’t happened in years. I had just about given up on drive-​thru foods. My whopper was flavor-​filled and hot. You could see the smoke when I unwrapped it – unbelievable. Plus, I must give props to the young man who took my order at the drive-​thru. He has the personality to work with the public. I wish him a bright future.

Why am I writing a review about a Burger King, when they are all completely identical, both in décor & service? Well, it’s easy to get to, has ample parking, and the interior was clean. Everyone — employees & customers — were exceedingly nice today, or more like they were exceedingly apologetic about every little thing, which restored our faith in humanity, if only temporarily. It’s not very often that people apologize for walking in front of you (rather, they’d give you a dirty look for being in their way), or for asking you to repeat yourself because they couldn’t hear your order (rather, they’d just enter in what they THOUGHT they heard you say). My fiancé said the men’s bathroom smells like breakfast — mostly bacon & maple syrup, with hints of other breakfast items — which is a good thing… a GREAT thing… and it was 3 in the afternoon! Why can’t ALL bathrooms smell of breakfast?! The food was delicious, hot & fresh (angry whopper with satisfries). They have a single soda machine, but it’s one of those digital ones with a bunch of soda combination possibilities, like orange coca cola, fruit punch + lemonade, peach + orange fanta, etc. Oh, and they hooked it up with a tall & perfectly swirled soft serve cone!
So overall, we had a great experience.

So… never mind that the large illuminated OPEN sign is on… don’t ever plan on this location to being open during the hours posted. This is the second time that this place has inconvenienced me.

3 Stars for the drive thru service. I mean it’s your typical drive thru experience. Never had to wait long for food or missing items in the bag. Convenient yet nothing «wow“ing about the experience. Although they do have the soda machine that does lots of different flavor combinations if you’re into those things.

Its nice that they have an indoor playground at this restaurant, other than that its just like any BK.

Good food, convenient location, though occasionally forget to put straws in the bag when you order a drink, though.

This Burger King is nice because the have an indoor playground for the children. They also offer free Wi-​Fi. I have always had good experiences at this location.
