This location doesn’t honor the email coupons that get sent out from time to time. They said it’s because they don’t have a scanner to scan codes, but there is no code to scan. Service has been spotty lately. Sometimes it feels like want to rush you out of there even if there’s no other customers. I’m going to try other locations for now on.

Made to order sandwiches AND gasoline in one easy stop? I’m sold. When I left my house earlier today the destinations on my list were the Bonfare on Peterson and Panda Express. Welp, I ended up going to neither! After whizzing by the turn off for the gas station out of habit I ended up here for the gas station attached to this location and decided to pop in for sandwiches too. I’m all about convenience after all. A lady behind the counter was having a conversation in rapid Spanish with a fellow sandwich lover as I approached. My daughter was quick to notice that there is a Baskin Robbins attached to this location as well. She was also quick to start begging for I-C-E-C-R-E-A-M…but that’s for another review. We waited a minute or so and a guy who looked to be in his late teens, early 20’s appeared and began taking my order(#24 Turkey & Avocado and a Mini Ham). He was kinda quiet when he was asking questions and I had to ask him to repeat himself, but overall the transaction was uneventful. He didn’t seem overly thrilled to be making our sandwiches, but my daughter bouncing around declaring«I’m five and I have a loose tooth!» may not have contributed to the ‘Make this Dude Smile’ conquest. When we got our sandwiches home they were what I expected. The bread was soft and the veggies were crunchy. The avocado broke free from it’s carb confines during my eating adventure, but the sandwich as a whole was just what I needed. I don’t know if we’d come back here specifically for sandwiches since I don’t like how tight their parking spaces are, but it’s good when you’re filling up your tank and need a fill up yourself.

I’m not rating the place based on its sandwiches, because frankly, Togo’s sandwiches are flavorful, opposed to Subway’s. Earlier this week, I decided to stop by and treat myself for breakfast buy ordering my usual turkey bacon club on San Francisco sourdough bread. There were two ladies working at the time and one of them seemed more interested in continuing her conversation with a man, than doing something more productive while on the clock. As my sandwich is being made, I overhear her talking about how she hates her job and her boss, amongst other things that would be seen as inappropriate in front of customers. I couldn’t help but shake my head, because I’ve worked in customer service and never engaged in conversations concerning my job or my boss while on the sales floor in front of customers. It isn’t professional. IMO, it’s rather embarrassing and tacky. Not saying there will be a next time, but if there is, I will have to ask to speak to a manager concerning this matter.

I like their sandwiches but continue to raise prices. $ 7.50 for a large sandwich that’s without chips or drink. Unfortunately I can’t afford it anymore, so won’t buy until they lower the price. Like another review, they put to much lettuce to fill up the bread and the avocado is hardly seen. I hope they re-consider their prices because I would hate to see them go out of business

This Togo’s shares its location with a Baskin Robbin in a Chevron gas station. There is no clear/distinct area for a line for either store, which in the past has caused some mishaps of people«cutting» one another in line. The staff expects you to get in one line for both Togo’s and Baskin Robbins to avoid any confusion or other mishaps, even though it still happens. Also, just keep in mind if you want to buy the larger chips and bottled soda/water in the fridge, you have to pay at the gas station cash register and not Togo’s/Baskin Robin’s register. The staff here are relatively friendly and offer pretty good customer service. It’s Togo’s so they’ll make your sandwiches the way you want it. I usually get the combo meal deal with either a sandwich and salad or soup and salad. Also, if you order a meal here you’re eligible to get a $ 0.99 scoop of Baskin Robins ice cream(your choice in flavor of course). The seating here, since it is in a gas station food mart in a small space, is tiny and very limited so I suggest that you take your food home to eat if you live in the general area. Parking here is limited also.

Togo’s is located is inside the gas station convenient store next to Baskin Robbins. If you are in a hurry during lunch, you have to be patient to place your order. Show your receipt and can buy $ 1 scoop of ice cream at BR. Parking could be problem. Parking is available at Sigsig, which is across the street.
