SLOW service. Ordered over the phone when it was slow at 10 PMish, they told me 20 minutes and it took a lot longer. We were also missing our veggies and had to pull back in to find out they were out of them… Why didn’t they tell us this before, so we could substitute for something else? I couldn’t tell you. Came home to find out that the wings were over fried and so our wings were dry. We waited that long for over cooked wings…

I craved wing stop but I would not eat it again because of the service… It took nearly an hour to get our food(it wasn’t even packed either). Everyone who gave after us got their food BEFORE us wtf –_– the guy didn’t even say sorry and the cook gives you some dirty looks too.

I decided to order online because I know that the wings take about 10 minutes to make. I placed my ordered at 5 for pick up at 6:30. When I got there at 6:15, I knew I was early and was willing to wait. The staff sitting around the restaurant talking so I haven’t been helped in 5 minutes. Then they hand me my food already made. I asked the cashier how long ago they made it. He says that they just came out. I knew this was bs but took my food anyway. When I got home my food was cold, very cold. The staff wasn’t busy at all so I don’t understand why my food was made really early. I’m going to make the drive to a different Wing Stop to avoid this place.

Terrible service. Terrible food/quality. Terrible experience. This location has thrown custom service out with the scraps. Shift manager barely made eye contact and was talking/yelling at another ‘customer’ who was obviously a friend of hers that she was allowing to drink his own 6 pack of bud light in her store. Bathroom reeked of urine even from the distance of the outdated drink machine. Once we started eating, the fries were undercooked and soggy, and my lemon pepper wings had little to no seasoning. 10 out of of the 20 wings were okay, so 1 star remains, but please avoid this location. I’m a huge fan(well, I’m a normal sized human, not a large ceiling fan) of Wing Stop, so the owner of this store needs to fix these problems so they don’t stain the company reputation.

My fav quick and casual wing place. I usually call in then just pick my order up. I like to get Parmesan Garlic and just regular buffalo/hot for my wings. Ooh and I always get their delicious fries– their sweet and salty! Yums. Sign up for their e-club online and get free fries with your order. :)

Me and my boyfriend were craving wings so we decided to call in an order to wings stop because it’s his favorite and wing stop is always delicious. As soon as we called, the lady instantly put us on hold. We waited quite awhile before she picked the phone back up and took our order. As she was taking our order she was talking way too fast as if she was rushing us. In the middle of placing our order she put us on hold AGAIN and this time we waited 8 min until we got fed up and hung up. We took our business elsewhere to Buffalo Wild Wings. We will never find comfort in giving this location our business.

Want great, quick service by caring & attentive staff? Then eat somewhere else. I’m not sure how the service could get any worse or slower since my first visit but they manage to amaze me each time. The manager/owner doesn’t seem to care because it appears the only questions they ask in the interview are: are you obnoxious? Are you rude? Are you able to give bad service? If I could give this place negative stars for service I would. The only bright spot is that the food is good.

3.5 Stars because they got my order wrong — which I placed ONLINE! How you can screw up an order that is placed online I will never figure out. If i called to place the order it would make a bit more sense because you can misinterpret what someone says or write it down wrong or something like that. Anyways I rounded up to 4 stars instead of down to 3 is because when they dont screw up your order the sauces are super tasty the wings are fresh and the blue cheese dip is delicious. The regular wings are just okay but the boneless wings are out of bounds. The fries are tasty as well. For wings the prices are reasonable and cheaper than at other places. Just make sure when you order take out to make sure your order is correct before you leave the restaurant.

I have had very poor experiences over the last year, but I still go because I like the fries and the Cajun and Lemon Pepper wings. It’s much cheaper than places like BWW, and I would say the service is on par with them, without having to tip. Plan on your order taking closer to 25 – 30 minutes than the 14 they always quote. I was shorted a few wings on one visit and ended up going back with a friend later that night. When I told the cashier(the same one from when I ordered) what had happened, he simply gave me a number for the parent company. Like I said, though, I still go because it’s pretty average for a wingstop.

This WingStop is cheaper than the other WingStop I have been to. It is definitely worth the value here. I always order the Louisiana Rub extra wet combo. Staff is always nice and helpful, and this is always a great hang out spot with the guys.

Service sucks so I am wondering if it is just poor management. The food is delicious though. My husband I and eat here often. They have gotten our order wrong on a few occasions but usually fix it. Another issue we have had is the put us on hold on the phone and then never come back to the phone…

Terrible service. Placed an order 2 days in advance and it was not ready on time. Showed up 30 minutes early and they said to come back at 5(the original time they gave me), I came back and it wasn’t ready — order was for 100 drumsticks(2 days in advance we placed this order) — then the manager tries telling me they can’t do that because it’s too hard! WTH I am still waiting on my order as I type, never again!

Worst Service Ever… and they take over an hour to give you your food. no joke. This has happened several times so it’s not even like it’s a one time thing. They really need to change their staff or management otherwise this location will not be around much longer due to all the unhappy customers. I would never come back here ever again.

I’ve been here three times and each time they forget my order and I have to wait an hour before they fix it when they forget the order again and I get a refund and leave. Every single time. This also includes online order that were apparently confirmed by the store ahead of time as well as call in orders a few hours in advance. I went today and of course I don’t expect great service from teenagers half of the time but most of their staff just gave attitude. The guy at the cash registered said my total then«$ 30 with tip» in a joking way which would have been funnier if he actually looked like he worked there(he wasn’t wearing any uniform or identification behind the counter so he may as well have been a random from off of the street). Over all, I tried giving this place a chance but the franchisee should look into paying more attention to this business and hiring a manager who will actually manage the employees.

Picked up food to go and used a coupon which they honored without difficulty. Their French fries are crispy and have tasty seasoning that they shake on. They cook everything to order so nothing is sitting there so be prepared to wait a little.

Let me start off by saying HORRIBLE service! There is truly a limit to having bad service. After a really long day of shopping, I decided to take my parents to Wing Stop. As I pulled in, I saw one of the employees having a jolly conversation on the phone. He saw my family and I walk in yet he continued his conversation! There was no other employee to take our order. After 2 minutes, he decides to walk in, STILL carrying on his conversation and takes my order. And as soon as he is done he decides to walk right back out! Doesn’t even bother to hand me the drinks I ordered. Another downfall is the fountain drinks are located behind the counter, so you have to wait for the lazy workers to refill them. When I went outside to ask for the refill, I got a sigh from the worker. How rude. The reason I rated Wing Stop 3 stars is because the wings are actually decent. They are small, but the prices are fairly reasonable. My favorite order is to get half original and half garlic Parmesan. Both flavors are great! I can say these wings are better then Buffalo Wild Wings! Although, because of the horrible service, I would definitely not recommend this particular location!
