He lost my shoes and could not find them when I went in to pick them up (after waiting for a week). He then found them but he had not worked on them. I had to return to pick them up. He then added a charge on top of what he quoted and then overcharged on top of that. On top of all of this he is rude. In summary, this guy is disorganized, rude and dishonest. I will never return and recommend that you never bring your shoes to him.

I wish I would have read the one review of this place had before I dropped off three pairs of shoes to be repaired. The man was extremely unkind. I dropped off my shoes, and a week later, when he said they would be ready… they weren’t, he said «I forgot about your shoes», and wouldn’t give any discount for the error. When I came back a couple days later, he told me he only could take cash. I was upset, because this is now the second time I couldn’t get my shoes! He was extremely rude and took my shoes away from me and walked away when I showed any distress. I walked to go get cash, and finally got my shoes.
Save your time, go anywhere else.
