What an excellent place to be! As soon as you walk in the door, the employees immediately make eye contact. They are friendly and most accommodating with you order(s) I called 2 other Subways in Sugar Land and they told me that they could not assist me because my order was too big. Luckily, I didn’t give up and called the this location. They assured that they’d have my order and have it on time and that is exactly what they did. The owner should know he/she has great employees. Some of the most rude employees I have ever been around. No smiles, look at you with contempt for walking in the door, and this is not an isolated incident. Credit card machine is frequently broken. They have a sign(which I ignore) that says that restroom is for«dine in» customers only — excuse me? This is by war the worst Subway I have ever been to, I will be notifying the corporate office. I’m sitting here at the Starbucks next door starving but I refuse to go back there even though it is the only restaurant that I can walk to, I’ll eat oatmeal for dinner at Sbucks before I’ll go back there!

By far the best Subway I have been to. The employees are friendly, and the toppings are generous unlike some Subways where I have to keep telling the employees to add more. Parking can be a hassle because they share the same small parking lot as a Starbucks. The interior and small and seating is limited, and thus if you dine in during the busy hours, you will not find a clean table.
