Every Starbucks is definitely not the same. I love this location so much and that is not because i go to this location every single day. If you have to deal with me as a person you have to be very cheerful and friendly. I cant count how many times i walk in and i am greeted with a smile from everyone. They know what drink i get every single day and before i can say it they already have my cup out and writing on it. I love the little heart that next to my name on my cup. Now as for the pace, this location has a lot of traffic being that it is the center of the town square in between over 70 different offices, stores and even the hotel but they get your drink to you in and efficient time period with the long lines. I love the way the employees work together even during the events day and the line is out the door. i have been to plenty Starbucks because of my addiction but THISISBYFARHOME.(I feel guilty when i go else where).

Hrm. Y*lp is nagging me to write a review but I can’t write a review cause my daughter works here. Does this mean I can’t write a review for any Starbucks or just this one? So this is to reduce the nag factor. Now I want a venti iced Caramel Macchiato.

I come here several times during the week for coffee. The service, coffee and décor are great!

Indeed a nice location for a Starbucks. Is cleaned and maintained. Lacking in Customer Service and time management on getting drinks out.

I love Sugarland Starbucks! The place is improving. It is classical. My friends and I always meet at Starbucks when we chat and go out. I enjoy seeing the people work on the laptop and read books at the wood tables.

I worked here for a couple hours yesterday. The service was friendly and helpful, and pretty speedy, too. There was not a lot of seating and at a busier part of the day I can see why that would be a problem. But it is in a nice location if you just want some coffee while you shop and walk around.

Location is ideal. Amazing to see the diversity of people on TX. Pick a country and someone is from there or speaks the language.

Long lines that move slow. If the wife is shopping you’ll have time else find another coffee shop.

This location is one where you can lounge but btw they do not have a bathroom and you actually use the bathroom at the hotel instead. crazy weird.

I’m not a coffee drinker, so this review is for its value as a place to hang out and/or study and/or get work done. It’s clean. Service has been great every time I’ve been here. It does get really busy often though — so be prepared for a wait. There’s a decent amount of outdoor seating, but this location is super popular so it’s often hard to find any seats indoors. There are only a few electrical outlets available. There’s no restroom in this Starbucks — you can just use the restrooms in the Marriott next door.

I wanted to give a review to this particular Starbucks because the female barista that took my order was kind enough to tell me a different way to order my apple chai to where it be cheaper! Super sweet to do that. They were super packed because it was Christmas but the drinks didn’t take long at all and we waited 5 – 8 mins at the most in line to order. My apple chai came out delicious just how I like it.

Mid morning Sunday this place was nearly empty. AHHH just the way I like it. NOLINES! I ordered my grande non-fat PSL with 2 pumps of mocha syrup, found a nice chair to sit and read. With in a few minutes it was waiting for me in all it’s glory. No problems here. Drink was perfection! Staff was polite and efficient. I found a my little corner to read in with out being bothered. Perfect moment on a rainy Sunday morning.

Be prepared to wait. Very busy location. This location is always on the move. You may experience, more often than not, only two people working. You will wait if you have to. Other than that, it’s Starbucks, they have what you need.

Staff at this Starbucks is amazing. I come here every day but by the second day they already knew my name and drink — they are so friendly and great at what they do!!!

This is one of my favorite locations and one of better Starbucks in the area. The staff is great and very friendly. If they see you working on your laptop, they will even bring your order to you. This is my neighborhood Starbucks and they make me fell like Norm from Cheers. If your ever at City Walk stop in and grab a coffee and enjoy the patio.

Definitely one of the better locations. The staff here is always very friendly. They remember names, joke around with customers, and despite a very busy location the wait times aren’t bad. The location is great if you’re out with friends, but for a morning pick me up, unless you live in Town Square, it’s a little inconvenient. The coffee is what you would expect from Starbucks. They’ve yet to mess up my order so that alone puts them a peg above the other stores, but don’t expect to be wowed. On a previous visit one of the girls referred to me as Batman and on upon returning called me, «Wayne». They definitely have a great team working there!

I guess. Nothing special about this place. In fact, you have to go out of your way to be friendly to get any type of friendly experience with one particular barista… it’s like pulling teeth. The drinks are up to standard. The location suits me just well. They keep it clean… but as far as the service? Smile. :)

This is mine and David C’s go-to Starbucks in Sugar Land. With its location in Town Center, it can get super packed with families and teens on the weekends but we can usually find a seat to sit and chat. The baristas are always familiar faces and always really nice! Only complaint is that the bathroom is in the Marriott and I always feel weird walking through the lobby to get to it!

Starbucks is my secret shame. In my defense I’m not a finicky coffee connoisseur, I don’t know the difference between a macchiato or latte. All I know it just feels so gooooooood to be injected with several billion milligrams of caffeine and then subsequent die on the inside because my vision is all blurry and I can barely hold my pen straight. Look, it’s okay because it’s socially acceptable and it makes me feel more alive! This location is pretty conveniently located amidst the hustle and bustle of Sugar Land Town Square, attached to the Marriott. It’s usually pretty packed with teenagers, shoppers, and the like. The baristas here have always been super duper friendly and nice. Consistently cheerful and not a mistake in my orders yet(I’m not too complicated(oh but I am, because like yeah, that makes me interesting! But I digress, you know what I mean!), but I’ve had the olé accidental milk switcharoo when I specified soy milk and let me tell you — BADFREAKINGTIMES!). Like whoah, which coffee blend/perversion are y’all drinking and can I have some? The con of this place is the limited space, although there is outdoor seating, but would I brave it in this current heat? Naw that’s cool, I don’t like heat stroke. Also a real downside to Starbucks and Starbucks in general — no wifi for you unless you have AT&T. Come on now, really? But this is apparently going to change soon so shooooot, I will be patronizing Starbucks even more. .. shhh, no one has to know, except you people who actually read my reviews. .. all one of you.

It’s another Starbucks, and I wouldn’t review it if I didn’t have something specific to say. First, I don’t drink coffee, but they have great pastries and hot chocolate. I went into this specific Starbucks looking for a limited edition mug. The woman working the counter said she didn’t know about them, but she spent the time and effort to go check with her manager and then come out and look through the mugs with me. Couple that with the nice setting of being in the middle of Sugar Land’s Town center, and it makes for an above average Starbucks. There is indoor and outdoor seating as well as seating across the street around the fountain by city hall.
