This place is terrible! slow and rude service, they just don’t care. It took me 35 minutes to get my food, people were leaving the drive through because of the long wait. When I got to the window the people inside were running around. I will never go back here again.

The most nastiest sonic ever, I asked for a cheese burger(I asked for not tomato) so I get the food take it out at home and the whole bread is like soaking wet of tomato juice… Crazy to hear but it’s true. And also, the wait is ridiculous. Their could be 3 people in line and it would take up to a 15 – 25 minute wait. Don’t come!

omg save your time, don’t go to this sonic. I’ve been 5+ times and each time they make you wait for what feels like years. I once waited 40+ minutes for two milkshakes, and they STILL didn’t bring it in time so we decided to leave. I mean it’s really ridiculously obvious that the employees just do not care at this Sonic

Great service and lots of freebies at this location, that it actually makes up for the food! I live literally 2 minutes away so I only come whenever I’m seriously craving Sonic. The staff that I’ve encountered so far is a hit or miss. Usually the manager is the only one that offers the nice service.

Why? Are they so dang SLOW in the drive thru? No matter what I order. .they slow poke through delivering food. I don’t come here when in a hurry. Food is decent but not worth the wait.

The drive thru lady was a jerk. The line was long. We ended up leaving. She yelled at us. People ended up leaving the line just because of her nasty attitude. I love sonic but she was nasty!

Had a horrible experience here. Went by sonic for two slushies, you could tell something was wrong because it took 5 minutes for drinks. I pull out of the drive thru and got on the road. I took a sip of the drink… there was no Ice/slush in it was room temperature cup of syrup. I was not only pissed that I had waited 5 minutes for 2 drinks but… they could had atlest told me that something was wrong with the slushie machine. they gave me the drink believing I was in a drive thru and that I was just drive away without noticing … I spent $ 4 on a slushie I better get a slushie … I made a u-turn and got back into the drive thru. I waited another 40 minutes to even talk to person … after a whole hour I finally got a dam drink !!!

This is the absolute WORST sonic I have ever been to… EVER!!! 15 minutes to get one meal. Absolutely insane!!! The workers are kids with no management to handle business the correct way. This is absolutely insane. Do notttt come here. Ever. There is one 10 minutes down the street on Eldridge. So incredibly unhappy

Let me just say, «DJ rocks!». I like this Sonic… and few others. They are organized and ready to serve you. If you are a regular, they will remember your vehicle and order. This is something that is not seen often these days. Give them a try. want something special? Just ask.

On many different occasions that I have gone to this location they gave me the wrong food. I usually order the bacon cheeseburger with jalapenos and BBQ sauce. One time they gave me a jalapenos cheeseburger with extra jalapenos and no BBQ sauce and then the second time they gave me just a cheeseburger but charged me for the bacon and jalapenos. Also, I had ordered the popcorn chicken with honey mustard, but was given ranch. I politely asked for honey mustard instead and it took over 10 minutes just to get the sauce and it was not crowded when I was there. Last time I went they gave me the completely wrong order and when I told them about they went back inside to check and came out over 10 minutes late and took the food back. I hope that they didn’t give that same food to the person who had originally ordered it. How would they know if I did or didn’t do something to the food? That was completely unsanitary. Normally I get great service at sonics but for some reason this location keeps giving me trouble.

I have been going to this Sonic for some time now. I have kudos for DJ and Fernando, both managers. Here’s why. I usually request some changes to the standard food that is offered here. SuperSonic Breakfast burrito without sausage and tater tots. CroisSonic without meat. They make me pay for the cheaper breakfast burrito. They make it without meat. Add tomatoes, onions and jalapeños. It’s a win win situation for me. I don’t know if they can comp me for the CroisSonic with just egg and cheese. Jack in the Box does comp me with two orders of hash browns in their combo. But I graciously decline. Too much food and I shouldn’t be eating potatoes.
