Sundae had hardly any fudge. Competing with sonic down street with creamier ice cream too

Out of all the times I’ve been to McDonald’s this year(4), this time was the worst. My dad ordered 2 angus beef burgers, one for me(I was still in school) and one for him, when he ordered it, the woman asked if there were two people in the car, and my dad said not, so the woman wouldn’t sell him the second angus burger because there was only one person in the car(we went to drive thru) I’m not sure if this is a health policy or racial discrimination(because we are Asian) but I know one thing for sure, we are not coming back again! Good day!

Drive out of your way to find a better location! I went through the drive threw And both employees I encountered were very rude. The young woman who took my order seemed to get upset when I corrected the order after she put it in the system incorrectly. The second employee seemed just as upset. Also, the texture of my chicken made me seriously question what I was eating!

This McDonald’s is like anyother. I like the morning crew, they work with a well manged system. The night crew in the other hand may need some improvement. The food is never bad. But does take awhile to make.

Drive thru was packed during lunch, but I managed to get a killer mocha frappé that was perfectly made. They got the orders correct the first time, and it didn’t feel hectic through the drive thru lane. Customer service needs to be improved however, there are times I really feel rushed, ignored as a customer, and my orders come out different.

The morning crew? Great. Never a messed up order. I don’t care if they smile and greet or not. I’m not going there for service. However… The night crew has messed my order up every single time I have ever gone. I don’t go often, Bt on e a month when I do, I want to get home and it be right. They just do a crappy job. I’ll spend the money for Panda Garden delivery next time.

First off, the place is under construction. The drive thru is VERY tight. Leave your«Dually» back at the farm! I have never been espacially impressed with teh food or service at this location. I am surprised they are still in business. The order taker mistakenly gave me only a sandwhich when I ordered a combo. This is not the first time! The person taking my money did not greet us and it seemed like she was not happy to have a job at all! The words«THANKYOU» are appreciated. Maybe this manager should instill customer service in the employees. And when a mistake is made, don’t charge the customer extra! Listen up everyone… now you know about this location. Go find your«Dually» and go anywhere else!

Egg nog milk shake is yummy! the flavor doesnt taste too artificial, and the milk shake is smooth and not overly sweet! Egg nog reminds me of all the upcoming holidays that make me happy! Yay! Other seasonal desserts including sweet potato pie and holiday pie are just alright. i like the good ol’ apple pies better ;)

Reviewing McDonald’s seems like a silly thing to do, as all franchises tend to have the same taste. What makes this location four stars? I like this location because the staff are friendly and fast. They do greet with a smile, and a woman in the mornings, Jenny, takes meticulous care when folding your to-go meal. I don’t remember the last time there’s been a mistake made here, which says a lot. Best of all, unique to this location, all summer long and continuing until an undetermined time, happy meals have been $ 1.99 each, every Tuesday from 5−7PM. As far as I know, no other location does this. So, this location gets four stars!

I find that most McDonald’s I’ve been to are generally the same. The food is consistent and the employees all have the same attitudes. Nevertheless, what more can you expect from a fast food restaurant? The food is decent enough for the price you pay. I try to keep my fast food visits to a minimum so I only come once in a blue moon but I usually stick to the same items. I try to order from the value menu most of the time, however, sometimes I’ll go for a combo. I don’t come here expecting much so I usually leave satisfied. Overall, when in the mood for a quick meal, this is a good place for me to come. It’s close to home so it doesn’t require me to go far and the food is decent for a cheap price. You already know what to expect when coming here so there isn’t much else to add.

Friday, June 6, 2008 I live nearby this location so I visit it frequently for fast dinners or sometimes an on-the-go breakfast. The food is generally served well, but does anyone at this restauraunt know what the phrase«customer service» means? I know this isn’t the only restauraunt/store that has bad customer service, but I decided if I do not complain then it will only spread to other places. As bad as it seems, eventually customer service will be a thing of the past. On this particular visit, the only verbal communication between myself and the employees was at the drive-thru kiosk. Once I pulled to the first window, I was greeted with an open hand for my payment, then the window was closed. Moments later, the window opens, and I am handed my receipt. Not that i’m a pro at this, but instinctually I say thank you and pull to the next window. Again the window opens and I am handed my drink, then the window closes. A few moments pass and the window opens, I am handed my bag and immediately, the window is closed. Minimal eye contact; not a single greeting or spoken word. If the fly on the wall in the kitchen is more important than the customer being served, I will not visit this location again.
