Rude and untrustworthy service. If I can give zero stars, I would.
The cooling unit in our attic wasn’t working, so they recommended we use freon rather than replacing he entire AC unit (which is about 20 years old). We spent $ 400 on the freon only to have the unit completely stop working a couple of weeks later! We were shocked at how short it lasted! We called them again and they recommended we replaced both units inside and outside the house, which they gave us an overestimate about compared to other companies.
We called them a week later about the freon, asking why it didn’t last and that we didn’t get our money’s worth from the purchase. They said freon could last anywhere from a day to a couple of months. Their employees never mentioned this while they were checking our unit! The woman on the phone said it wasn’t their problem and how they’re not liable when it comes to freon. Apparently there was a «miscommunication» between us and the technicians, which doesn’t reflect a good business. We told the woman we were unhappy with the purchase and that we felt ripped off and she hangs up while we’re talking! We weren’t even being being rude. Completely unprofessional. They don’t treat their customers well at all, especially when you have complaints and concerns.
Would not recommend. There are better companies in Sugar Land who are actually honest with their observations and offer much more bang for your buck.

I was told that a technician was to call me back and it never happened. I informed the dispatcher that I have a leaking evaporator coil rated at 3 tons and that it was paired to a 2 ton Lennox outside unit. I am ready for replacement but they apparently are not ready for my money. No star is more like it.

Terrible. I honestly feel bad for this company. 3 technicians showed up, and while two looked at the inside of the house, one literally took a nap on the front lawn.
They submitted a quote that was $ 800 higher than anyone else. When asked about the quote, they had NOTHING to say. No breakdown of parts vs. labor, nothing. There are plenty of reliable A/​C compaines around… seek one out. In the meantime, we’ll see how long Jackson Air Conditioning and Heating holds on to their «BBB» sticker.
