Not dependable — Never on time, so you waste an entire day waiting on Maids. Unable to reach anyone when they are late, so you never know. My last scheduled service day they did not show up or call at all. Waste of time — much better and more dependable maid services around.

I was supposed to have someone from this company come clean my apartment at 2:30 on a friday. After 30 minutes, I called and was told that they would be arriving a little late. They finally showed up at 4pm. I was VERY upset that they were so late, but they did SUCH an amazing job. The owner called me to make sure everything was ok and even gave me a discount… on top of the discount I already had.
Marleen and her crew were very kind and did a fantastic job; they even did the dishes!
If they had arrived on time, they would be getting 5 stars.
I will definitely be using their services again.
